    Two items on a 30% off sale

    At first, I was a little unsure about buying stuff because of the mixed reviews. But, after some thought, I went ahead and got two things when the website was having a 30% off sale. The first thing I bought was on the list for the discount and everything went smoothly with the purchase, even with a few glitches on the site. As for the second item, it was a pair of shoes that I really liked on sale, but I found out they didn't have my size. I reached out to customer service through a chat to ask about it and was pleasantly surprised when the person said they would still give me the 30% off on the shoes. I thought that was really nice of them to do that for me. Both things showed up at my door in less than 5 days and there weren't any problems with the delivery.

    Awesome Rab down jacket

    I got this really awesome down jacket from this website, and let me tell you, it's seriously the best thing ever! I wear it all the time and it keeps me so warm whenever I'm outside. And get this - I snagged it for such a good price, way cheaper than anywhere else. I've bought a bunch of stuff from this website and it's always been top-notch. Oh, and one time I had to return something, but it was so easy-peasy. Seriously, I can't get enough of this website!

    Backpacking gear purchase

    I recently got some really awesome new gear for backpacking from this incredible online store. I've been a member at another place for as long as I can remember, but CampSaver really came through with some amazing deals. They were really friendly on the phone and over email (I don't have many stores nearby), and they helped me choose all the perfect items. Now I feel prepared to conquer the mountains, well, at least the hills for now. But you know, a grandma can dream!

    This company is so sketchy. I had a backorder that got cancelled out of nowhere after waiting two whole months because they said the item was unavailable. Ended up having to buy the same gear somewhere else the very next day, but at a higher price. And now, I'm here waiting for another order because they're saying they're super "busy." I just know they're gonna cancel this one too. My advice? Don't bother shopping here, go somewhere else for sure.

    Fishing waders purchase

    I recently bought two batteries from CampSaver and when I got my order, I was surprised to see that the payment was processed from San Marino, which made me a bit worried. The batteries were shipped from China, which was unexpected and made me question if they were legit. The price seemed lower than I thought and when I got the package, the invoice called them an "Ornament" instead of what I ordered. Because of all these issues, I decided to reject the order and reached out to my credit card company to look into the situation more. Overall, this whole experience has been disappointing and now I'm a little wary about shopping with CampSaver again in the future.

    I made a mistake and bought something online, and when I tried to cancel it right away by getting in touch with customer service, I couldn't reach them at all. I called multiple times and sent emails, but no one got back to me. Then, two days later, I got a message saying my order had already been sent out. I felt annoyed and let down that the company didn't respond to me. It's really aggravating when a company doesn't give good customer service and communication.

    Sleeping bag and air pad

    So, I ordered a sleeping bag and air pad from this place, right? But guess what? They never even sent it to me! Can you believe that? I waited and waited, checking the mail every day, and nothing. They didn't even give me a heads up that they canceled my order. Such a letdown. I was so looking forward to having a new sleeping bag and air pad for my camping adventures, but now I'm left with nothing. Total bummer, man.

    I had this sketchy thing happen with an online store. They somehow got my info without asking me first. Even after I tried to unsubscribe and mark their emails as spam, they kept going and wouldn't leave me alone. I think they might be using fancy tech to hack into stuff and get customer info whenever they want. It's a big warning sign and a huge breach of trust. Watch out for possible scams!

    I wanted to share that I had a pretty bad experience with a company recently. I ordered something and got an invoice saying shipping was free. But later on, they told me it was a mistake and tried to charge me $225. Even when I talked to higher-ups, they wouldn't stick to the original price on the invoice. It was really annoying and a big waste of my time.

    Large several item order

    I recently made a big order from CampSaver and it didn't go so well. I was bummed out that I didn't get any kind of confirmation after placing my order and it took forever, like three weeks, to finally get just one item from the order, and it was even marked as irregular. Trying to get a hold of customer service was a pain, and when I finally did, they said they would do a return but I haven't heard a peep since then. In a nutshell, the whole thing was super frustrating and just plain unsatisfactory.
