Clothing order
I bought some clothes not too long ago and it's been 20 days but still no sign of them. I've tried reaching out to customer service but all I got were auto replies from a chatbot, no actual person to talk to. The tracking link they gave me wasn't helpful at all. On top of that, I was told that even when my stuff does show up, it won't be everything I ordered. So, I can't really say anything about the quality of the items because I haven't gotten them yet.

Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this store a while back and only got two out of the three items. Even though I chose regular shipping with a delivery window of 5 to 15 business days, the item that is missing still hasn't shown up. I had to go through a lot of trouble and download their app just to see where my order was, but the app was hard to use and didn't give me much useful info. It had a bunch of personalized stuff that I didn't even want. It was such a pain and felt like a scam - definitely not something I'd want anyone else to deal with.

Tight upper part and too big bottom bathing suits
I bought two bathing suits in the same size, but they fit completely differently. One was too tight on top, and the other was too big on the bottom. Right after getting them, I sent back the one that didn't fit along with the extra suit from the special deal. When I contacted customer service about getting a refund, they said the suit I sent back was damaged and wouldn't give me my money back. It made no sense because I couldn't even wear it, so how could I have damaged it?

Lovely Adornments
I just want to say thank you to the company for getting back to me so quickly on my questions and for the beautiful decorations I bought from them. Everything showed up on time and looked just like the pictures online. I got four pieces and I love them all. The quality and how well they were made totally surprised me, and I'm really happy with my new stuff.

Eva 1 sweater in khaki XL
I just bought the Eva 1 sweater in khaki XL from an online store. But, man, the sizing was way off! I usually wear a medium, but the XL was barely fitting me. And the quality was not great, especially the graphics. I was really bummed out about my purchase and felt like I wasted my money. Plus, finding out it was made in China probably explains the sizing and quality problems. I wouldn't suggest buying from this site after my experience.

Bus trip from Turin to Lyon
The bus ride from Turin to Lyon was pretty good. It left on time and the bus was nice and comfy, which made the almost 5-hour trip not too bad. I decided to buy the seat next to me for more room, which was worth it. It would have been better though if there was a bathroom on the bus for a long trip like that. Stopping so often, like six times, kinda messed up the flow of the trip.
