Loved it so much
I gifted this to my best friend on his birthday and he like dit a lot . i loved the customization and personalization part . It gives nice touch to the gift and a little bit more about the person. Apart from good options for shopping, the gifts are awsome as well. For people like me who have really non creative mind, i think they can relate with the whole mess of choosing something for people on the special days. But this helped me a lot and also thanks the services who make my whole buying experience so smooth and free from any kind of extra trouble. Its really good and there are perfect gifts ideals fr ever occasion here.
Personalized garden flag
Let me tell you, I've ordered a bunch of stuff from this company and every time, I've been seriously impressed. The customized items are top-notch and the quality is amazing. I did have one small issue once, but the staff took care of it right away. Most recently, I got a personalized garden flag and man, it was even better than I expected. This company is family-owned and you can definitely tell they go above and beyond for their customers. The prices are fair, the shipping is fast, and the customer service is outstanding. If you want a special and personalized gift, this is the place to go.
Personalized gift purchase
The product was alright, but man, the spam calls started pouring in right after I ordered it. It's obvious this company is either selling our info or not doing squat to keep it safe from scammers. I had to block whole area codes just to stop the scam calls that came rolling in as soon as I hit that order button. Dealing with this invasion of privacy and security just because I wanted to buy something is beyond annoying.
Personalized Gifts
I just got some personalized gifts from this company and let me tell you, I was super happy with my order. Everything was just like I wanted and it came right on time. The only thing that threw me off a little was their 1-day sales. Sometimes they had a sale price, other times a promo code for free shipping. It'd be great if they could stick to one total price for these items in all their ads.
Personalized Christmas ornament
I ordered a custom Christmas ornament from this company, and I gotta say, I was super let down by what I got. I wanted my granddaughter's name with "forever" and a picture, but when it arrived, her name and part of "forever" were cut off and stretched out so much that you couldn't even read it. I tried to talk to customer service three times about it, but all they did was apologize and say it was already delivered. I paid over $23 for this thing, and the poor quality and lack of care just got shrugged off. This company clearly doesn't care about making customers happy, they're just focused on making money and not following through on their promises.
Personalized holiday ornaments
I just bought some personalized holiday ornaments for my family from this website. But guess what? They didn't show up in time for Christmas, even though I got bombarded with emails every day trying to sell me other stuff. Turns out, the tracking info showed that my order hadn't even been shipped yet. It's pretty annoying and unfair for customers who count on getting their stuff on time for special occasions.
Canvas prints, Customer Service
I just got two canvas prints from this company, and when I got them, there was a small issue. I contacted Customer Service and they were amazing! They fixed the problem super quickly and made sure I was happy with everything. I'm really pleased with how it all turned out. Windchime purchase
I got this windchime for my friend's birthday and man, talk about a letdown. It was way smaller and lower quality than I thought it'd be. When I reached out to the company to tell them how bummed I was, they pretty much brushed me off and said it was my own fault for not reading the fine print. They didn't even try to make things right, which left me super disappointed. I was so mad that I even brought up leaving a bad review, but they just shrugged it off like it didn't matter.
Discount Deception
I bought something from this company because I saw they had a 20% off deal. But when I tried to use the code at checkout, I only got a discount off the regular price, not the sale price. I contacted customer service to double-check and they basically said that's how it is, even though the promotion didn't say anything about that. I think it's not cool to have promotions like that and I recommend being careful when shopping with this company.

I bought this cool custom gift from this company, but then ended up having to cancel my order not long after. They said they'd give me a refund, but it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't seen it. I've called customer service a bunch of times and all they give me are empty promises and more waiting. I'm really let down by their poor communication and lack of follow-through.

I just bought a custom photo blanket from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. The photo was all blurry and the fabric felt really cheap. I tried reaching out to customer service to let them know how I felt, but they just brushed me off and said the final product was as advertised on the website. Duplicated and overcharged
I had a pretty annoying experience with my order from this company recently. Basically, I got charged twice for the same stuff at different prices because it seemed like there was a problem with their website. I placed an order for $52.37, got the confirmation, and then accidentally placed the same order again thinking I was getting a deal at $63.85. The second order didn't get confirmed like the first one, so I didn't know about it until I saw it on my PayPal a few days later. When I reached out to customer service, they said the stuff was already on its way and I couldn't return it because they were considered personal items. The company's policy on this stuff wasn't clear until I had to deal with this mess. Dealing with this company left me feeling frustrated and like I got tricked.
Personalized Garden Stones
I got two personalized garden stones from this company, and man, I was super let down by the way they turned out. The names that were supposed to be etched on them looked faded and there was no ink, so you could barely see them. On top of that, the box the stones came in was all messed up, which just made me even more unhappy with my purchase. I tried reaching out to the company, sent them pics of the stones, hoping for some sort of fix or even just an apology for the low quality, but their response was meh and not helpful at all. Overall, dealing with this company was a huge letdown, and I'll definitely be going someplace else next time.
