The charger works good
I bought the charger from here , its G pen elite charging dock , i actually looked a lot before i found this one. Gladly i get this because the price is much better and also the site looked good to me. the other products are also awesome and i will try it soon. Well as for the charger , i got the parcel few days back and i used it for once for now and well the speed is really fast and i am actually finding this much better in terms of quality and price. so recommending this if you want something easy option for shopping ,
5 pens, plastic smell issue
The pens I bought seemed like they could be awesome, but there was a big problem with the plastic smell. I tested out a few different pens, but they all had that same strong odor. Wondering where it was coming from, I took one apart and found out that it was because of the glue they used inside. Out of the five pens I tested, only one didn't have that glue and didn't stink up the place when I used it. It's disappointing because without that funky smell, these pens could have been really great.
Gpen purchase - Mouthpiece heats up too much, short vape shut off time, hard to clean mouthpiece
The mouthpiece on the Gpen gets way too hot, it can actually burn your lips, man. And on top of that, the vape shuts off after only 5 minutes, not enough time to finish vaping all the herbs, you know? Plus, cleaning the vent on the mouthpiece is a pain, and the material wears down fast, even after just one use. The temperature settings on the vape seem a little wonky, too. On the bright side, the vape is small and compact, which is cool, but they really need to work on the engineering to fix these problems.
Black Friday deal purchase
I bought something on sale on Black Friday, but then I realized I ordered the wrong thing. Darn it! I hadn't even gotten an email saying it shipped yet, so I emailed them to see if I could fix my mistake.
Air purifier
I just bought an air purifier from this company and boy was it a huge disaster. I thought it was in stock when I ordered it, but it was actually backordered. No one even bothered to reach out and let me know about the delay, so I ended up waiting for over a month before I had to call and ask what was up with my order. When I finally got through to customer service, they told me my order had been cancelled without even telling me. And to top it all off, they were super rude when I asked why. Just an overall awful experience.
Over $200 worth of products
I just bought over $200 worth of stuff from this company and man, I gotta say, I am so disappointed with their service. I placed my order, got a number and thought I'd get my stuff soon. But Grenco Science is really dropping the ball here. They keep giving me excuses, won't send my order, and not even responding to my emails. This kind of customer service is just not cool, it's got me feeling really frustrated and like I got ripped off. Come on Grenco Science, send me my order already!
Elite vaporizer
I just got the Elite vaporizer and gotta say, it was a letdown. Thing heats up like crazy and I have to keep re-heating it just to get any vapor, even if it's set to the max temp of 410 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, it takes forever to charge and the battery dies pretty fast.
High-end vape pen
I used to really like my fancy vape pen from Gpen. It was awesome and I thought it was a good deal for the $75 I spent on it in Maine. But then, after a few months of using it all the time, I had a problem with the porcelain part in the tip breaking. I tried to get a replacement from customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. I tried everything to fix the problem, but I ended up feeling let down by the lack of support from Gpen.
gpen roam
The G Pen Roam was a total letdown. Every time I used it, it kept getting clogged and I had to spend forever cleaning it out. That made it super inconvenient and not as portable as they claim. And when I tried to give it a bad review on their website, they wouldn't let me. That's a major warning sign to me.
Late shipment and lack of communication
I recently bought something and man, I'm so bummed about the service. I ordered it a few weeks back and even splurged on the fast shipping, only to find out when I reached out that it's gonna be another 10-14 days before I get it. They didn't even mention anything about delays on the website, and the fact that the company didn't keep me in the loop is just not cool.
vape pen, tank, and part
I recently bought a vape pen, a tank, and an extra part from your company, but I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out by the whole experience. The tank and extra part I got didn't even fix the problem with my old vape that crapped out on me right after I bought it. And let me tell you, the micro vape pen I got, especially the Dr. Green Thumb one, has been a major letdown. That dang white plug inside keeps popping out and getting stuck in the tank, making a mess and ruining my smoking sesh. I've reached out to your customer service team multiple times through email, but haven't gotten any useful help. And even when I posted about my troubles on social media, your company didn't do anything meaningful to fix the situation. To be honest, I'm super disappointed with the low quality of your products and the lack of good customer service.
The vape pen I thought was cool
I was so excited to start vaping like a pro when I ordered this awesome vape pen, but man, I was totally wrong! I figured it would arrive super fast, but it turned out to be a major letdown! First they told me about delays, and then more delays on top of that! I waited and waited, but my vape pen never showed up. I even tried getting in touch with them, but they straight up ignored me! I eventually just said forget it and canceled my order. Who needs all that drama, right? Such a disappointment!
$180 purchase of vaporizer
Let me tell you, if you like waiting forever to get what you bought or your money back, then this place is perfect for you. I dropped $180 on something over a month ago and still haven't got it or my cash back. I reached out to the company and all I got was that it was sent out and they can't refund me until it's in stock. Seriously?! How can it be "shipped" with no tracking info? Feels like they're playing a never-ending game of hide and seek with my money. Ordered on 6/16/2021 and now it's 7/14/2021, still nada. Do yourself a favor and find another place for your vaporizer needs.
