    I have been a long-time customer of Harry & David and have always been impressed with the quality of their products and the level of customer service they provide.

    I just bought a gift from this company and everything went smoothly - ordering was easy and the product arrived on time. The person I gave it to really liked it too. But, ever since I made the purchase, I've been flooded with emails from the company trying to sell me stuff. I've tried to unsubscribe several times, but the emails just won't stop, which is getting pretty annoying. I even called customer service for help, but the instructions didn't work because I didn't have an account with them. In the end, I liked the gift, but the non-stop ads are really getting on my nerves.

    Valentine's Day Chocolates

    I went ahead and picked up some chocolates for Valentine's Day, but I decided to go with a different company instead of the pricier one, and man, am I happy I did! These truffles were crazy good, both me and my husband loved them. The chocolates were super high quality, way better than I expected. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future!

    Moose Munch

    After being a loyal customer for more than 20 years, my family and I were really looking forward to our usual Christmas tradition of getting Moose Munch. But this year, the 3 boxes we got from a couple of stores in Tyler, TX were just awful. It seems like they must have changed the recipe or something because the quality was just not the same. When I tried to talk to Customer Service about how disappointed I was, all they gave me back was a generic response with a weak apology and told me to give them another shot. I have to say, this whole thing has me questioning my loyalty as a customer who's been with them for so long.

    In my recent experience, I shelled out a pretty penny for shipping, only to be surprised by how long it took for my order to show up. The package wasn't even that big, so I couldn't understand why the shipping cost was so high. And waiting so long for delivery was a bummer. On top of that, when I tried to get help from customer service, the response I got didn't really solve my problem. So now, I'm not so sure I want to keep doing business with this company or any of its sister brands in the future.

    I recently bought a gift basket for a family member and man, oh man, was it a letdown. The whole ordering process was a disaster - shelled out extra for overnight shipping and still got only part of the order with no label, so the recipient had no clue who it was from. Spent a frustrating hour in chat trying to fix it, but the chat kept getting canceled, making me start all over again each time. And to top it off, this company has a bunch of sister companies I've had problems with before, which just made things worse. It was a total waste of time and effort, and you can bet I'll think twice before dealing with any of their companies again.

    Easter Basket order changed without consent

    I ordered a Deluxe Easter Basket, but got an email the next day saying they switched it to a Tower of Chocolates without asking me. It was frustrating and disappointing that they couldn't fulfill my original order. The lack of communication and customer service was really unprofessional. I was not happy with how things turned out.

    I just ordered a gift basket for a family member from this company. But when the package came, it had a different item than the one I picked out online. I was really bummed about the mix-up because I was excited to surprise my loved one with a specific gift. The customer service person I spoke to was sorry about the mistake and gave me a 20% discount on my next order as a way to make up for it. While I appreciated the discount, I'm not sure if I want to order from them again because of this mess-up.     I just ordered a flowers, chocolate, and sparkling wine combo for my daughter's anniversary from this company. But man, I was so let down by the service I got. Supposed to show up on a Monday, but it just kept getting delayed with no info on why. My daughter and her husband were all excited for the surprise, but it's looking like they might not even get it. The lack of communication and professionalism from this company has me super annoyed. Definitely won't be giving them my business again.
