I purchased three basic tshirts. My total purchase price was $73.98. All three shirts are massive. I emailed customer service to see how I could exchange them for smaller sizes. They said that because the price ended in .99 it was on sale (did not say it was on sale when I purchased it) and is unreturnable and they do not offer exchanges. So, now I am stuck with three huge tshirts that I will never be able to wear. Terrible customer service. Every other aspect of my experience was positive. It's too bad they wouldn't just let me exchange my items for a smaller size. They would have had a new customer.

Cheap items, not as pictured. Horrible customer service they would not refund my money after they sent me a half broken item. Extremely rude people. Will not support this type of buisness.

You will end up paying for shipping both ways and even that is a hassle. They initially provide their PO Box address for returns to make you pay more for shipping! This should have been a super easy experience that turned into a real pain in the rear. I am a very easy size to fit and should never have to return anything! Very bad experience. Beware!Clothes
Joandgrey are very easy to order from but there shipping takes for ever! Only maybe 2 of my packages have ever been shipped out on time and when i asked about them i got attitude. The shirts that i have ordered from them that were suppose to fit true to size didnt. My mom wears 2xl/3xl and i had to give a couple shirts to her because the were way to big ( they were suppose to be large) but i cant afford to send everything back to them and eat the shipping! Also if they make a mistake they dont make it right. Ive spent so much money through this company and ive finally had it. I will never order through them again!
My experience with this company was similar to the reviewer's description above. I had a very basic transaction, and thought what could go wrong? I could not believe the chain of events that followed, and especially the incredibly rude attitude of the owner!
The item that i ordered was supposed to be a size small-it was super-sized as in i could not keep it on. It looked nothing like the item in the picture. The company makes it very difficult to return the item. I could really go on...I feel robbed, but thankful i did not order more.
