Sandals and Dress
Ordering was easy. But the quality of the dress and sandals were HORRIFIC. Cheaply made! And it smelled HORRIBLE! Will never buy from there again.

Do not be fooled by the return policy, it is not free. You have to pay for postage to China with possible custom fees. You're also in for a long wait. Was offered a 15% refund to alter the dress, all of which were far to big and so badly sewn that it would have cost me more than the 15% to alter them.
Very disappointed!2 shirts and a dress
The clothes I ordered are made from the cheapest, thinnest material. The colors are not as pictured....they're much lighter. My order took 6 weeks to arrive! Tracking info was few and far between. They have no phone number for customer service...just an email. The response to my emails was very slow. I'll never order from them again. Do not do it.

I've NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I've ordered from this company before. The delivery was slow, but I was pleased with my merchandise. THIS order I received last week was the absolute PITS!!! THE CHEAPEST GARMENTS EVER AND DO NOT FIT, ETC. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I WOULD NOT AND COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANY ONE.......

I am really struck at the cheap quality of the items that I received. I will never order from them again. They are super cheap Chinese items. Can't send them back because of high shipping prices. Hard to get a refund so they do offer 15 percent refund. Just a drop in the bucket compared to what I paid. So disappointed.
Blouses
Do not buy from this store, the products are terrible. They pretend to be an American company, but when you return them, you can see that it is Chinese. Chinese product is only good in stores where you can see the product. Believe me, they are scammers, when it comes to returning the crap product, they don't refund you or offer you 40%. A tip, do not buy Chinese products through PayPal, if you receive the goods and want to return it and file a claim on Paypal, it will win the seller. Do not buy from this store or any Chinese store.
3 dresses, 2 tops
Items were mis-adbertiswd as cotton when they are clearly poly blend, so they are hot and scratchy. Delivery was super long. The real kicker was the return to china policy for which they gave me 16% refund instead of sending back. I will donate the items because they are truly ugly but it's knowing they do not post the policy that aggravated me. Lesson learned
3 dresses, 1 t-shirt
T-shirt was gorgeous.
Dresses did not fit. Tried to return to CHINA!!!!! There is nothing on their website that says returns will go to China. Anyway, costs more than the items. They offered me a 7% cash refund, which I doubt I will ever see.9 t-shirts
I ordered XL and they were sized more like a MEDIUM. To return them I would have had to ship them back to China, even though they shipped from U.S. addresses. Instead they offered me a 15% refund. Poor customer service.

When you see these items for sale in onlne adverts be aware of the following:
1. These are reseller/dropshippers of Alibaba.com or Aliexpress.com. A reputable Chinese company which sells EVERYTHING you could imagine.
2. IF you receive your item it will take a minimum of 2-3 months shipping due to US messed up Post Office service. But it probably wont come at all.
3. So far every one of these companies Ive seen has been a scam. Cheap products not worth even cheap price, no customer service, NO RETURNS.
4. Bottom line - do not buy from them
5. However if you go to Aliexpress.com & search for same item. You will most likely find it. Sort your findings by price and you will get the lowest price.
Aliexpress is reputable and the majority of its vendors do a great job.
Unfortunately it will still take 6-8 weeks to get your item but they are pretty good at keeping you updated. US p.o. still does a terrible job once Chinese goods get here tho.
Avoid the clothing but electronics, jewelry & gadgets are bargains

Clearly didn't realize this company was in another country. Ordered in May and still have not received my full order.
I’d read some bad reviews of this company, but I somehow got swayed by one of their ads. DON’T DO it. The clothes were too big, but worse the fabric was awful. From the reviews, I could tell returns were an impossible situation. So I put it all in the Goodwill. Something, I’ve never done with any other clothes order ever. I’m chalking this up to: I should have known better. But don’t make the mistake I did.

I ordered over $100 worth of dresses, etc. ALL the items were extremely POOR quality and nothing what is shown on their site! A midi length dress was FOUR INCHES below my feet and I am an average women's height (5'5). They will not let me post any review for any of the items I purchased from them. Turn cursor into "no smoking" sign circles making it inaccessible to REAL customers to post reviews! BEWARE of purchasing from this store. They are located in Guangzhou, China, and would cost me another $100 in return shipping! Do NOT buy anything from this company! Even the kitchen towels I purchased came very tiny (5 inches x 5 inches) and full of pulls!
Tip for consumers:
Had to reach $100 to get Free Shipping. Shipping delivery time was 30+ Days. Only given 15% "cash" refund for total scam of purchase.tops
all entirely too small and not as pictured. Should have learned lesson when ordering a dress for my niece from china. Did not realize this company was also in China. Returns are simply refused and sent back to you so not only are you out the money for the items but the extremely expensive postage to send them back. Next time I will make sure the company is an American Company. If it looks too good to be true is usually is. Cute pictures and good prices but you do not get anything like what you ordered.
I ordered the dress with the butterflies, which looked 2 plies in the picture. the item is
Cotton-Blend 3/4 Sleeve Casual Floral Dresses. t came in one piece. It looked like a slim dress. And worst, it was blurry, and straight. When I tried it , l looked like cocoon. A asked the company to return it, they refused. How can some people lie to good people who buy from them. There are lots of scam in China do to Covid. we have to be careful. If you want good quality, go and shop at Shein they are better then Amazon.I saw a really cute blouse on line from this company. On a whim I thought I would investigate JUSTFASHIONNOW. I am so glad I did ! What a terrible company. Yes they do think Americans a stupid. I will not be ordering from them and NO we are not stupid! Thank you for taking the time to write these reviews!
Sweater and outwear top
Beware!! This company is scam! I learnt my lesson. I ordered "sweater" and the jacket. The quality and material is so bad that is not wearable. The pictures in online catalog are completely deceiving. In reality the items look like clothes imitation. For the price I paid I can buy much better clothes even in the US cheapest stores. Please save your money.
Two dresses
I am very disappointed with this product. The photos on the website look so great, but the real product is of very low quality. Cheap material and poorly done. What a waste of money!
crew neck sleeveless dress blue w/dragonflies
Looks super cute on the website. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING! I ordered a small (5'2" 108 lbs); this dress looks like a sack on me!! Not only is it super huge but hangs very badly!!! The white border on the neck & hemline are not part of the dress. I was told it's a "collocation" whatever the hell that means. Refund? HA! Only if I want to pay the shipping to China. I was given 15% off "to use to alter the cloth". 15% isn't even going to come close to fixing this mistake. I had read some positive reviews about this company; must have been fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW TEMPTING!!!

They advertisement was on a reputable website that I enjoy. Their products had the size with a measurement chart in inches, it made me think it was assured to fit. I check the return policy before purchasing and it was a standard return policy of the customer paying the return shipping.so I decided to purchase these women clothes. As the other reviews say, it took over 3 weeks to get the 4 products. None of the items fit the size of their measurement chart. The insert return notice, told you go online to get a refund. After filling out the return page, it said someone would email me within two days. The next day, I got an email saying to return items, it would have to be shipped to a return address in China and that it would be a large cost that the customer would have to pay and would take a long time to be mailed there. So they would offer me 15% of the value for the items that I paid for. I immediately filed a report with FTC. Buyer Beware...
Jewelry
I have ordered many items from Justfashionnow and every thing has been great. Absolutely love the jewelry. Takes a while to get the items but for the prices it's well worth the wait.
