JustFashionNow is my go-to for when I want to snag some quality, affordable, and stylish clothing. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them and have never been let down. The clothes are top-notch, the prices are fair, and their return policy is solid if you need to swap something out. One of the things I really like is that their sizes are spot-on, which is definitely a plus when shopping online. It just makes the whole process a lot smoother and less of a hassle.
Green product received
I just got this really cool green product from JustFashionNow, and I gotta say, it totally blew me away. The color is so bright and looks just like it did on the website. Womens' Size 6XL Sports Bras
I purchased 6 women's sports bras and got one "free" on two separate orders. After looking at and examining one in the cellulose wrapper, I was horrified to discover that the cups were tiny and would only fit a petite sized woman! I attempted on 4 occasions to return these unused bras, to no avail. When I clicked on Returns, their system would not allow me to do a return! I even tried sending Customer Service an e-mail, with no response. I wish that I had read the reviews about Just Fashion Now, as I never would have placed an order with them! Their merchandise is manufactured and shipped from China, thus they do not encourage returns. I am most disappointed after having spent $90.00 on my Discover card. This is a SHAM company and I will never, ever do business with them again!
Don't waste your money
I purchased two items from the website. The products came after 1 month and were not the correct size. I reached out to their support to ask for a refund. At first they told me that they can provide a 15% refund for the wrong size. I told them I wanted a full refund. After going back and forth a few times, they told me I can get a 50% refund and I can keep the items. I insisted on a full refund. They finally agreed to a full refund and sent me a shipping label that was not paid. They told me in order to receive a full refund I need to return the items and pay for the shipping back. I then went into my account to share my experience with other users, but the website does not allow me to write a review. That being said, all of their reviews have to be made up if a paying customer cannot leave a review on their website. They have a terrible rating on BBB and other websites online — most consider them a scam website, which they are. I wish I did some research into them before I made the purchase. Avoid them at all cost.
