Horrible experience These people are crooks , Placed two orders in NOVEMBER totalling over $170 . It is now the end of December and we still have NOT RECEIVED 9 items between the 2 orders. Every time we cobtact them , we get lies and excuses . They NEVER shipped the items we're missing. The ones that we received were very poor quality and flimsy materials. They pictures a reputable manufactures's items and try to replicatate the clothing, not good a BIG SCAM ! Never received a PROMISED $15% refund for the late items ??? YES, they're late : They're STILL not here ! Thay TAKE Youir MONEY immediately , wish they handle their shipping like that

I bought quite a few tops, 200. dollars worth in two orders just this year. the materials weren't the same, the designs weren't the same and most of it was .... I bought some clearance and they wouldn't let me replace it or get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RETAILER. YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I was very disappointed with the quality of the items I received - weird material - kind of like polyester - yuck. I have been trying, with no success, to return my items since October and I hear absolutely nothing from the company. I have sent several emails and return requests and they do not respond. If you don't want to throw your $$$ out the window - don't order from this company.
I bought several men's and women's shirts.
l needed to return some product. I was told that returns go to China and that I would have to pay the shipping charge. The charge would have been $75 to ship $100 worth of product. This is NOT a viable return strategy. Once you pay and receive the product it isn't going back. This company should allow returns to the USA.
4 tops
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I used "After Pay" for my purchase. I returned 1 top 4 weeks ago and it has not moved according to USPS tracking site. Shows it is still in transit. Since the other 3 tops had not been sent yet, I emailed customer service to cancel remaining 3 tops. Of course it took several emails before I got a reply, which was tops were sent out for delivery.
When I finally got the remaining products, I emailed to return tops. The email came through 3 days later with a label to return to China. Went to USPS to return tops and was told it would cost 100.00 to return remaining tops.
The products are made of cheap material and are not what is shown on their website. I will be contacting After Pay about getting my money back.Dress
The return policy is nuts. Their return facility is overseas. The cost to return is more than the price of the item. They offer you a small amount offset of your loss. Do not order from this company unless you like donating to a nonprofit organization.
Sandals and Dress
Ordering was easy. But the quality of the dress and sandals were HORRIFIC. Cheaply made! And it smelled HORRIBLE! Will never buy from there again.

Do not be fooled by the return policy, it is not free. You have to pay for postage to China with possible custom fees. You're also in for a long wait. Was offered a 15% refund to alter the dress, all of which were far to big and so badly sewn that it would have cost me more than the 15% to alter them.
Very disappointed!2 shirts and a dress
The clothes I ordered are made from the cheapest, thinnest material. The colors are not as pictured....they're much lighter. My order took 6 weeks to arrive! Tracking info was few and far between. They have no phone number for customer service...just an email. The response to my emails was very slow. I'll never order from them again. Do not do it.

I've NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I've ordered from this company before. The delivery was slow, but I was pleased with my merchandise. THIS order I received last week was the absolute PITS!!! I am really struck at the cheap quality of the items that I received. I will never order from them again. They are super cheap Chinese items. Can't send them back because of high shipping prices. Hard to get a refund so they do offer 15 percent refund. Just a drop in the bucket compared to what I paid. So disappointed.
Blouses
Do not buy from this store, the products are terrible. They pretend to be an American company, but when you return them, you can see that it is Chinese. Chinese product is only good in stores where you can see the product. Believe me, they are scammers, when it comes to returning the crap product, they don't refund you or offer you 40%. A tip, do not buy Chinese products through PayPal, if you receive the goods and want to return it and file a claim on Paypal, it will win the seller. Do not buy from this store or any Chinese store.
3 dresses, 2 tops
Items were mis-adbertiswd as cotton when they are clearly poly blend, so they are hot and scratchy. Delivery was super long. The real kicker was the return to china policy for which they gave me 16% refund instead of sending back. I will donate the items because they are truly ugly but it's knowing they do not post the policy that aggravated me. Lesson learned
3 dresses, 1 t-shirt
T-shirt was gorgeous.
Dresses did not fit. Tried to return to CHINA!!!!! There is nothing on their website that says returns will go to China. Anyway, costs more than the items. They offered me a 7% cash refund, which I doubt I will ever see.9 t-shirts
I ordered XL and they were sized more like a MEDIUM. To return them I would have had to ship them back to China, even though they shipped from U.S. addresses. Instead they offered me a 15% refund. Poor customer service.

When you see these items for sale in onlne adverts be aware of the following:
1. These are reseller/dropshippers of Alibaba.com or Aliexpress.com. A reputable Chinese company which sells EVERYTHING you could imagine.
2. IF you receive your item it will take a minimum of 2-3 months shipping due to US messed up Post Office service. But it probably wont come at all.
3. So far every one of these companies Ive seen has been a scam. Cheap products not worth even cheap price, no customer service, NO RETURNS.
4. Bottom line - do not buy from them
5. However if you go to Aliexpress.com & search for same item. You will most likely find it. Sort your findings by price and you will get the lowest price.
Aliexpress is reputable and the majority of its vendors do a great job.
Unfortunately it will still take 6-8 weeks to get your item but they are pretty good at keeping you updated. US p.o. still does a terrible job once Chinese goods get here tho.
Avoid the clothing but electronics, jewelry & gadgets are bargains

Clearly didn't realize this company was in another country. Ordered in May and still have not received my full order.
I’d read some bad reviews of this company, but I somehow got swayed by one of their ads. DON’T DO it. The clothes were too big, but worse the fabric was awful. From the reviews, I could tell returns were an impossible situation. So I put it all in the Goodwill. Something, I’ve never done with any other clothes order ever. I’m chalking this up to: I should have known better. But don’t make the mistake I did.
