    I placed an order and paid for it back in April than in October I checked the order several time and it said product was in stock and for some reason they were shipping it out in multiple shipment. However the last line that did not ship I got notified that they had cancelled my order. Again it is a bait and switch where they have you money and you never get the product. what a scam.

    I should have read the reviews here before purchasing. Of the six different plant I ordered earlier in the year, only one showed any sign of life. And the last plant was to be shipped in the fall. I just received notice that it was being shipped today, Oct 30, to upstate NY. We've already had two frosts, and so my expectations are very low. As a new customer, I'd say to others, don't waste your money..

    I ordered bulbs in the Fall 2020, very carefully reading the website before I placed the order because there are so many COVID delays. Their website indicated that bulbs would be shipped in time for fall planting. I waited & waited... I finally contacted them and magically they shipped that day. By the time my order arrived, there was already snow on the ground. Snow melted, I planted. Not everything grew (surprise, surprise). so I contacted them for replacement, per their policy. They put my order in for replacement plants to ship in the fall in June. They are now saying it is backordered until November. Yes- repeat of last year- there will be snow on the ground again!! Maybe they were a good company before COVID, maybe not. However, they are promising orders that they cannot fullfill and it seems to be their standard practice, not just a COVID thing from what I am reading. I definitely will never order from them again!

    Trumpet Daffodils

    In October of 2020 I purchased 200 daffodils from this company.
    They were planted on a hillside in the back of the house. I was lucky if 20 came up last spring. When I contacted the company, I was told to dig them up and send them a picture of the bulbs. On a hillside, in the sun 200 bulbs. Where should I have begun.. Terrible customer service and product. Please make sure I no longer receive your catalog.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order last week and called when I did not receive my shipping information. The initial person that answered in the Phillipines said nothing could be done. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor then I was told the order was being RUSHED, then I spoke with someone else who told me I had to pay a $5.95 fee in order to get my product sooner than 3 weeks which I paid. Today a week later I still have no product and no shipping information. When I spoke with ROME in Clark Phillipines he is now saying there are no supervisors or managers available and nothing can be done to assist with my order. I then told him just to go ahead and cancel my order and then he said it would take 48-72 hours before a supervisor or manager could call me back after he told me none were available. Then when I told him just to go ahead and refund my order and cancel it, he said that wasn't an option either????!!!! Is this what you are call your service/product guarantee??? REALLY??? I would rather pay twice the price for the same bulbs but actually receive the product with excellent service. This has been an absolutely horrible experience and why you have people from the Phillipines answering the phone that are not willing to assist with anything is really beyond me?? WHY bother paying someone to actually even answer the phone? Interestingly now my order doesnt even show up in their system now. I will be filing a credit card dispute for this SCAM today.

    Took a long time to get. Called customer service to get them shipped sooner. I had to fill out a form, but they never sent it to me. Bulbs finally arrive after 2 months and they are really small. I’m a Landscaper and have planted 10,000 plus bulbs. What a joke. Will never order again.

    Order $140 worth of bulbs guaranteed in time for planting season. NO further communication and no bulbs for 3 weeks. I get a partial credit on my credit card statement from them. Call to find out what it is and find out that they can't get some of the bulbs and the rest of the items I ordered won't even get here until almost December in Michigan! REALLY? Cancelled it all. First and last time with this company!

    Terrible service! I ordered Septemer 2, shipping scheduled for September 14. Who I hadn't received anything except 1 package autumn crocus I contacted them and they said all the bulbs were in and ready but the orders being pended for backordered Phlox roots. I told them not to hold the rest, but ship them so I could plant. They agreed. By October 26 I still hadn't received my order and now they said it wail don't be shipped until the first 2 weeks in November. NOVEMBER! in the Northeast! I could have snow by then! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
