Gifting accessories
I was seriously impressed with the accessories I got from this brand. The packaging was so nice, it would be great for gifts. They really took care in wrapping everything in their brand tissue paper to make sure nothing got messed up during shipping. The custom bow paper bags were a nice touch and the price was right. I got three of them, one was even free. The gift bag is what got me to check out the website, and now I'm hooked. I'll definitely be buying more fancy stuff from them down the road. Already started telling my friends and fam about it too.
Lulu bag and diffuser purchase
I ordered this lulu bag and diffuser for a friend, but I accidentally sent it to the wrong address. I contacted customer service, and they were super quick to fix the address without any trouble at all - they were amazing! The bag showed up with a few creases, but it still looked awesome. The personalized tag was really nice and added a special touch. The packaging was absolutely stunning and made the whole thing feel special. I'm really pleased with both the service and the product - would definitely recommend!
Weekend bag purchase
I found out about this designer from their photographer and thought, why not? I went for it and ordered a weekend bag. And let me tell you, I am beyond impressed with how great this bag is! It looks amazing, and given the price I paid, I was honestly expecting something not as good. The reviews I had read didn't do it justice - the minute I opened that box, I knew I had made the right call. Now I'm already thinking about getting more in various colors to go with all my travel outfits.
2 bags with tearing handles
I bought 2 bags from this store not too long ago, and the handles started coming off after only a few times using them. I was pretty annoyed, so I reached out to the company about it. But you know what? They actually had awesome customer service! They quickly solved my problem, and I was really thankful for that. Even though there was a problem with the bags at first, I would totally suggest giving this store a shot because of how great their customer service is.
Quality product and excellent service
I was a bit worried about buying from this company at first because of all the bad reviews, but I'm happy to report that I got my order right on time, in 4-7 days. The product was even better than I expected, and the customer service was top-notch. I'll definitely be shopping here again and would suggest it to others too.
Gift for Mother-in-law
Even though I was a little worried after seeing some bad reviews, I decided to go for it and buy a bag and personalized scarf as a gift for my mother-in-law. It did arrive a bit late, but let me tell ya, the items were stunning and they looked so nice when they came. I'll for sure order from here again, but next time I'll make sure to do it early to avoid any delays. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase.
Hospital bag mix-up
My mom totally messed up and put my old initials on the weekend bag she gave me for Christmas. I was planning to use it as my hospital bag for when I pop out my baby. She reached out to customer service, and they were super nice about it. They said they'd send me a new bag with the right initials for free because it had sentimental value. I'm so thankful for their help and will definitely be a repeat customer.
Handbag replacement
I had a problem with my purse and contacted customer service with some pics. I showed them my receipt and they quickly sent me an e-card for a new one. In just a week, I got my beautiful new bag. Their customer service is really great and proves they genuinely value their customers and brand.
faux leather tote bag
I used the Katie Loxton tote for less then 30 days and it started to come apart in the areas where the stitching is, literally cominng apart after only a handful of times using the tote. the quality is very low grade. The design is lovely but it is cheaply made and they donot stand behind their product. Pay up get a coach bag they last, better quality and they look good after 20 years and the company always stands behind the product.
