    Leather bag with a lifetime guarantee

    Twenty years back, I bought a leather bag at this store that came with a lifetime guarantee. Honestly, I was hesitant about the whole lifetime guarantee thing. But after using the bag every day for years, it started to show a lot of wear and tear. So, when I was in New York recently, I decided to swing by the store and see if they'd really stand by their guarantee. And guess what? The whole process was easy-peasy! I just showed them my beat-up bag, filled out a form, and had my picture taken. And before I knew it, I was able to pick a brand new bag from their website and have it shipped to me for free. This experience was definitely something else, and I love sharing this story with folks. Huge thanks to the store for their top-notch customer service and dedication to quality products.

    Since 2014 I am associated with this store.I can member my first purchase was a leather boot.Still I have even after roughly used.Later apparels,masks,and some accessories also collected from here.Four days back i received my parcel of three Folding garment sleeves made by polyester.These items were in long waiting list of mine.
    Now coming to your delivery part Do not worry I have no issue of price related ,that is alright for me. Last two deliverers were not perfect as earlier you deliver. Every shop facing late delivery complains ,some one fix tags of Covid19 warning and that is understood.What is need to care once reconfirmed fresh delivery time,that should must be followed.

    Watch bought in 1985

    I got this super cool watch back in '85 and I still wear it every single day. I've had to change the battery a couple of times and there was even a time when I lost it and got super upset until I found it again. I'm 77 years old now and I still adore that watch!

    Kenneth Cole watch strap replacement

    I had a pretty annoying thing happen with my Kenneth Cole watch not long ago. I had it for three years when the strap broke and needed fixing. I tried going to a jewelry store to get a new strap, but they couldn't help because it was a special design just for Kenneth Cole. I then contacted their customer service to see about buying a replacement part, but they said they no longer make that strap. So, after just three years, my watch is now useless.

    Defective wool rug

    I bought a wool rug from you not long ago, but it turned out to be really defective. Even though I took good care of it and used wool cleaners like recommended, the rug still got seriously yellowed and stained. It's disappointing because I've bought wool rugs from you before with no problems. It's not right that this new rug became unusable so quickly. When I contacted your customer service team about it, they didn't seem to care much and basically said tough luck. I'm really not happy with how this was handled and it makes me regret buying from you.

    Incorrect item received

    I had the worst experience ever ordering from this company. I ordered two different shoes and they sent me two pairs of the same cheaper shoe that I didn't even want. When I contacted customer service about their mistake, they had the audacity to ask me for pictures and emails. Seriously, like what's the point of contacting customer service if they're just going to make it harder for me to get the right item that I paid for? Beyond frustrating and disappointing.

    I ordered some shoes and a jacket online, you know? But when they got here, they didn't fit at all! Normally, I order the same size from other places and it's all good, but not this time. So I sent the stuff back about two months ago, and I've been trying to get a refund through emails and calls, but no luck! Haven't gotten my money back yet, it's frustrating, you know? Super disappointing, definitely the worst experience ever!

    I recently bought something from their online store and man, let me tell you, I was super bummed out by the service I got. I placed the order before the holidays, expecting it to be shipped out the next day. But nope, a whole week went by and no sign of my product. When I reached out to customer service for help, they basically shrugged and offered no real solutions. I felt like they weren't taking me seriously at all, and it was beyond frustrating to be stuck with no answers. So, I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because nobody should have to deal with this kind of mess in the future.

    I bought a pair of shoes from this company and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the quality. The materials just seem kinda cheap and the craftsmanship is definitely not worth the price I paid.     Wrong color and dirty shoes

    I've got a story for ya - I bought some shoes online not too long ago, and to say I was bummed would be an understatement. The color was all wrong, just not what I ordered, and to top it off they came all dusty and dirty. It was obvious that nobody bothered to check 'em before sending them out. So, I hit up customer service about it, but they didn't really do much to help me out - unprofessional all around. Safe to say, I won't be going back to that brand anytime soon.

    Reaction slippers purchase

    I got these slippers from this shop, thinking they would be comfy for my feet. But man, was I wrong. They fell apart in just a couple of months. Reached out to customer service for help, and all they offered was a measly 20% off my next buy. What a joke! Asked for a refund and still haven't heard back. Quality of their products totally matches their bad customer service. Don't even bother going to this place.
