Easter shopping at the store
So, I headed to the store to grab some Easter clothes, and let me tell you, it was a disaster! They only had, like, two types of dress shirts for us big guys - XL and up. And can you believe it? Easter is right around the corner, and all they had were a bunch of blazers and sport coats. Who's wearing that for an egg hunt, right? There were hardly any casual shirts for guys either. I talked to three managers and they all said they could only display what they were sent. I told them to send it all back! I've been shopping at this store forever, but this was the worst experience ever! I'm switching to Macy's or online shopping from now on, no more Kohl's for me.
One point store
Very interesting marketing Kohl's, very interesting indeed.I did big shopping here day before yesterday.I would like to share two important things about Kohl's
First one is this is a complete family store, almost everything for every member either mother father kids. Second one is marketing technique -customers can get cash back of 10 dollar on every 50 dollars spent.Is it not a good marketing tricks.?I also avail this benefit .I do not know either this is well calculated on every item to keep price accordingly.May be or may not.I am not expert.But all apparels and household items are good, good people,good time delivered.Recent return experience
I recently had to return some stuff to the store and it was a test of my patience. Dealing with all sorts of personal problems like hacked accounts and family illness had me on edge already. But let me tell you, the lady helping me, we'll call her Susan, was amazing. She stayed cool and was really understanding, even offering to pray for me and my family. It was like a ray of sunshine in the middle of all the craziness I've been going through. Thank you, Susan, for being so sweet and caring.
Black leggings and a graphic t-shirt
I went to this store the other day and oh my gosh, it was so sketchy. The employees were mostly friendly, but Kara and Eldon were, like, totally unbearable. The whole place felt a little unsafe, like I was about to be accosted by some sketchy shoppers. And let's not even talk about the bathroom - there was strange white powder everywhere! I mean, seriously, what even was that stuff?! Not to mention all the empty shoe boxes from an early morning theft. It was just not a good scene.
Sweatpants search frustration
I had the most annoying experience shopping for sweatpants on their website recently. Even after I filtered my search by size, all the results that popped up were for different sizes. I had to manually go through each item to see if it was in my size, and sadly, none of them were. What a total waste of time! It left me feeling super annoyed. On top of that, I had ordered sweatpants in my size before, only to have the order canceled later because the item was out of stock. It just proves that their inventory system is not on point, which is a huge inconvenience for customers like me.
Jeans for event
I went to the store in McDonough to grab some jeans for an event I have coming up. The section for women's jeans was a disaster! Jeans were scattered all around and it took me forever to find the right size. When I finally found two pairs, the dressing room was disgusting. There were dust bunnies everywhere. Come on, Kohl's, please clean up the dressing rooms!
$10 promotion credit and $5 Kohl's cash
I received an email that said I had $10 in promotion credit and $5 in Kohl's cash to use either online or in-store. But when I went to use it, the $10 credit wasn't showing up and the pin didn't work. It was really frustrating! I usually enjoy shopping at Kohl's, but this online ordering situation was a complete disaster. I'm definitely not a happy camper!
Jeans not available
I've been on the hunt for some adorable Sonoma petite jeans at Kohl's, but it's like they never have any in stock! I thought this was a clothing store - seriously, how frustrating!
Summer sandals in size 9
I was trying to find some cute summer sandals in a size 9, but man, talk about disappointing! The store had a sign saying they carry sizes 9-10, but when I looked around, there was nada in my size. I get it, most folks probably wear smaller sizes, but it's a major bummer not being able to try on the shoes. Hoping next time I shop there's more options for us folks who need bigger sizes!
Home purchase
I attempted to request a pay off letter for my home buying process and it turned into a complete nightmare. The online customer service was terrible, I couldn't even get a clear answer. They just kept saying the same thing over and over again and it was really aggravating. Definitely the worst experience ever, zero help whatsoever.
Shipping mishap
I had a problem with my order from this store recently. I ordered a dress for a charity event, but there was a mix-up and it got sent to the wrong address. So, I reached out to customer service and they told me they would give me a credit, but only ended up refunding the cheaper item in my order, not the fancy gown I was counting on for the event. I felt pretty irritated and let down by their lack of responsibility.

I ordered 4 things from this store a while back and only ended up getting 2 of them! I've reached out to them multiple times about the missing items, but all they keep telling me is that they'll ship it out. It's been forever and I still haven't received them, and to top it off, they blocked me from my account! How rude.
Pants order
I recently ordered a pair of pants online and had a rough delivery experience. Even though I got an email saying it was shipped, the tracking info showed the package hadn't made it to USPS. The delivery date came and went with no pants, so I contacted customer service for help. They couldn't figure it out until days later, which left me frustrated and unsatisfied. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Kohl's deliveries, and it's seriously changed my view of them as a loyal customer. I'm thinking about shopping somewhere else from now on.
Online purchase of clothing
I just bought some clothes online from this store and man, it was a letdown. It took forever for the stuff to show up, and when it finally did, it wasn't even what I ordered. The customer service didn't do squat to make it right. I'm not gonna bother shopping here again.
Sonoma T-shirts
I just bought two Sonoma T-shirts from this store in my regular size, but when I tried them on, I noticed they were much smaller than my old ones. They were actually more than 2 inches smaller, which really bummed me out and made me annoyed. Because of this weird sizing issue, I decided to return the shirts and won't be shopping at this store again. I used to really like this store because their clothes were top-notch, but now I'm pretty disappointed and will be checking out other places for my clothes from now on.
Sonoma Supersoft Skinny Jeans
I've been a loyal customer of Sonoma Supersoft Skinny Jeans for a while now, but my recent purchase really let me down. I bought two pairs thinking I could wear them to work, like I always do, but when they arrived, they had these weird rips in them that weren't in the pictures online. It's a total bummer because now I can't wear them to work. I'm gonna return them and might have to think twice about shopping here again.
Online purchase experience
My recent online shopping experience at this store was pretty disappointing. I had heard good stuff about their discount coupons, but man, they turned out to be worthless. Those 20% off coupons never seemed to do squat, whether I was shopping on their site or through some other platform. On top of that, the stuff I got was not up to par. It felt like one of those bait and switch deals, which left me feeling ticked off and tricked. All in all, it was a big letdown and I would suggest other folks be careful before shopping there.
