Sweatpants search frustration
I had the most annoying experience shopping for sweatpants on their website recently. Even after I filtered my search by size, all the results that popped up were for different sizes. I had to manually go through each item to see if it was in my size, and sadly, none of them were. What a total waste of time! It left me feeling super annoyed. On top of that, I had ordered sweatpants in my size before, only to have the order canceled later because the item was out of stock. It just proves that their inventory system is not on point, which is a huge inconvenience for customers like me.

Shiseido
I placed an order for a cosmetic product. Was informed that I would be receiving it within 5 days. I have not received the product and sent them an email. After 2 days they reply giving me a tracking number. When I look at the tracking history the shipment arrive is Singapore 3 days ago and customs cleared but no delivered. I tried contacting their logistics provider but did not get any reply. Looks like I will not be getting order. My first trial order will be my last order. Very very bad response and customer service.
