2009 BMW G650GS Headlight Bulb High Beam and Low Beam 9003 LED Kit
2009 BMW G650GS Headlight Bulb High Beam and Low Beam 9003 LED Kit was not compatible with the factory headlight housing as stated. I have tried to return the headlight bulb per their website with only automated responses. The customer service is awful as well as the description of their product fit.
LED bulbs
I ordered a 2 pack of blue led reverse light bulbs for my 69 nova. I received 3 packs of 2 bulbs ea and was billed for them plus they were the wrong bulbs. In trying to return them it was all through email. The email i received back was to send them back and i had to pay shipping plus they charged a 20% return fee. I was expecting to pay approximately $20 for 2 bulbs and ended up paying about that in shipping and return fees. Still no bulbs. So if anyone is looking for led lights i would shop elsewhere.
H13 led kit low/high beam
pigtails wired incorrect. Customer service poor at best . Phone contact ## is just a recording, they do not take calls. Delay in email takes to long to correspond.

High Beam Headlights, low beams, backup
Out of the box One High Beam worked and the other one didn't. They have no phone service where you can talk to a live body about your problem and I sent 2 emails without a reply
LED lights
Do not work for my car and have tried to reach out to return. No replies. Very frustrating. If anybody from company is able to assist please call or email order #LLS-41566
HID Lamps
I needed HID LAMPS for my MB GL550 they offered a coupon. They made it appear I had lamps on the way only to returned to Huntington Beach CA. This is a scam don't purchase from this company. They don't respond to emails or answer calls.
You can file a claim with your credit card company and they will do a charge back to the company and open a dispute.
LED 6024 kit
They sent the wrong lights, then gave me an RMA to return them, cost me $25 to ship the kit back. Now they have never issued the refund. I am out over $180!

Head lamp bulbs
I never received my purchase. This company refuses to accept customer service phone calls. They instead demand you email them with your issue(s). I have yet to have any of my emails responded to other than auto email stating they receive it. Extremely poor customer service and delivery for me was non existent. I am a very easy going person and understand things happen. However it is easy to deduce that a company that has zero customer service either just doesn't care about customers or they are just a scam.
Led H11 low beam and fog light
Only one light work. Could not reach company by phone and returned item for refund a month ago very unhappy
LED conversion kit
Easy to install seemed like a great purchase, but low beams were not any brighter than my hollogen bulbs althought the high beams is really bright!
Problem is 1 of my low beam has already blown after just a few weeks and the wire harness was damaged when I got it, I have emailed them only to get No response I am very dissatisfied with this company after spending almost $200. And they claim to back there product up but won't respond to my email, now fortunately I can purchase a replacement bulb from a local auto store but that is not the point in my opinion this is not a good company to order from and take a chance of wasting your money.Edit* NO I WILL NOT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN
So 5 months after sending my initial email about the failed product mentioned above and then another email sent about 2 weeks ago 03/06/2021 LED LITE STREET has contacted me via email and they are in fact sending a replacement and honoring the warranty! I have received a new order number zero dollars cost to me as long as I send the defective item back to them so I felt that it was just as important to write this POSITIVE review as the negative review prior. So 4 stars out of 5 for service because it took so long but better then the original 1 star!
