Camouflage Hunting Jacket
I really should've paid more attention to those warning signs in the reviews before I bought from this company. The customer service is just awful, and their return/exchange system is a complete nightmare. I tried to make a return label on their website, but it wasn't working right. Now I'm stuck with this item I don't even want, and I'm thinking about just selling it myself to be done with it. It's really a shame that they make it so dang hard for customers to return or exchange stuff. I'm definitely never buying from them again.
Dakota jacket purchase
I just got the Dakota jacket and man, what a letdown. The material is super cheap, it soaked up water like crazy, and the pockets tore after just one use. Save your money, this "rugged" jacket isn't worth it.
Three clothing items
I was so excited to get my hands on three clothing items from your company before Christmas, but boy was I let down! After just one wash, the items shrunk way too much to wear. The quality was just not up to par, and now I'm really hoping for a refund. I reached out to customer service on the 26th, but haven't heard anything back. The lack of communication, along with the poor quality, has left me feeling pretty disappointed as a customer. I'm crossing my fingers that my problem gets sorted out soon and I'll get the refund that I deserve.
Flannel shirts
The flannel shirts from this store are terrible. I bought two on sale and I've been wearing them for a few weeks. I even washed them twice to see if they would get better, but no luck. They have loose threads all over the place, even inside the pocket. Definitely not buying from them again.

I got these two flannel shirts for Christmas and I was really looking forward to wearing them. But then, when I washed the first one, two snaps just fell right off! I was so disappointed because I actually really liked those shirts. I tried contacting customer service and even sent them some pictures to show what happened, but they didn't seem to care one bit. Their customer service is seriously the worst!

I got this shirt that didn't fit, so I had to send it back. It seriously took forever to get my money back, and they even charged me for the shipping! Total bummer. I was hoping for a full refund, but all I got was a partial one. Not cool, man.
Biker jacket purchase
I recently bought a biker jacket and was really impressed with the quality, but the sleeves were surprisingly short. When I tried to return it, I was surprised by some unexpected charges and had to wait a long time for my refund. Customer service wasn't much help either, and their satisfaction guarantee ended up being a complete joke.
exchange item
sent in an exchange for another item and wished i would have read the reviews first because they do not answer phones or emails and quite possibly done with this Legendary BS. They will not last long with this horrible customer service.

Never received all the goods I paid for. No response from emails to customer service, No call backs, absolutly the worst customer servcie ever. A bunch of theives. Basicly Stole $75 of my money. I am pretty sure theft is illegal!
