Mixed feelings about Linksoul
I recently purchased a few items from Linksoul and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find everything I was looking for without any issues. The prices were fairly reasonable, although I did feel like some of the items were a bit overpriced.
I placed my order online and was happy to see that the shipping was free. It did take a few days for my order to arrive, but I didn't mind the wait. When it finally did arrive, everything was exactly as described and I was pleased with the quality of the products.
One thing I did notice was that the sizing of the clothing seemed to run a bit small. I'm usually a medium, but I had to size up to a large to get a good fit. This was a minor inconvenience, but it's worth noting if you're considering making a purchase from Linksoul.
Overall, I'm happy with my experience with Linksoul. The products were good quality and the website was easy to use. I'll definitely consider shopping with them again in the future.Tee shirt order cancellation
I tried to order a tee shirt from this company and let me tell ya, it was the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I kept getting emails saying my delivery date was being pushed back, and it was super frustrating. After almost two months of waiting, I had enough and canceled my order. But even then, their customer service team acted like they didn't give a dang, which left me feeling super unhappy with the whole thing.
Slip-on golf shoes
I had high hopes when I saw it online, but it turned out to be a disappointment. The design gave me blisters and made my heels bleed. Customer service didn't do much to help and was pretty dismissive. And deleting negative reviews? Not a good look, guys.
Quarter zip pullover
I bought a quarter zip pullover in a small size even though I usually wear a medium because some reviews said it runs big. But when I got it, it was too small so I had to send it back. They gave me back less money than I paid and when I asked why, they said they don't give back the shipping cost. Other websites I've used do give back the full cost, so now I know to ask before I buy stuff online. Even though they have cool clothes, they are expensive and I won't buy from them again.
