Stylish and good quality clothing items
As someone who's bought stuff from this site a bunch of times, I can tell you for sure that it's super easy to use. The shipping and returns are simple, but just a heads up - you gotta pay for returns. They lay it all out for you on the site though, so you just gotta do your homework. I've loved everything I've bought, but you gotta make sure you check out the descriptions and reviews to make sure you get the right size. The clothes are top-notch quality and look really good too. And the prices are pretty fair, so all in all, shopping here is definitely worth it.
Clothing purchase, fabric, design, tag issue
I've been shopping with this brand for a while now and I gotta say, I'm really diggin' the quality of their clothes. The fabric they use is top-notch and the styles are always on point and super flattering. But, there's just one little thing that bugs me - those tags on the clothes are kinda rough. I've got sensitive skin, so they tend to scratch me and it's pretty annoying. I always gotta cut 'em off, which is a bit of a pain. Hopefully, the brand takes notice and steps up the tag quality in the future.
Sizing inconsistency
I just wanted to share my recent experience with a product I bought. I had some issues with the sizing, but the customer service from this brand totally saved the day. Even though the item was on sale, they really went out of their way to fix things and make sure I was happy with my purchase. I have to give a big thank you to Angie, who was amazing and made everything super easy. It's really nice to see a company that actually cares about their customers. Major props to them!
Petite clothing purchase
I absolutely adore the quality and fit of Love, Bonito's petite clothes! They're so well-made, and the material is way thicker than I thought, which is awesome. Just be sure to double-check the sizing since it can be a bit inconsistent. Their customer service has been fantastic whenever I've had questions or issues with an item. I really hope they decide to open a store in California soon!
Red dress purchase
I really like the stylish clothes and high-quality products, but sometimes the sizes can be a little off. The customer service is great though, they always have good recommendations for sizing and returns are simple. The delivery time is fair, it's about the same as Zara.
Recent shopping experience
My recent shopping trip to Love, Bonito didn't quite hit the mark for me. I used to be a big fan, but lately, the prices seem to have gone up without much improvement in the designs or quality. I've found comparable stuff at other stores for less money. That being said, I still have a couple of really good pieces from Love, Bonito that I still wear all the time. I just don't find myself shopping there as often as I used to.

I wish I did more research on this company before I placed an order on their website. My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive, but as I'm in the US and it's shipped from Singapore, it is understandable.
I ordered two pairs of pants and two dresses. I had really high hopes for this company but was absolutely disappointed in what I had received. Both pair of pants were way TOO LONG. I am 5'4" and even if I had 4 inch heels on, they would have still dragged on the floor. Not only that, but my ... line was VERY noticeable while wearing one of them. The dresses were passable. They were mostly flattering but not the best. I liked the material. It felt like linen and was comfortable to wear.
My biggest headache didn't come from the letdown of the clothes, but the process to return them. If you're in the US -- I'd steer clear away from this site. Returns are only for store credit. You need to register your return, but their only return shipping options are some Singapore companies. I had to reach out for help from customer support to see how I'm supposed to even return my order. I won't be ordering from here again.
