Birthday gift tackle box
My son got me a mystery tackle box for my birthday, and let me tell you, it's been a blast trying out all the new gear! I've been experimenting with different fishing techniques and loving the surprises each box brings. It's been a really fun experience for me.

Account resolution with knowledgeable and expedient Jose
I just worked with this guy Jose to fix some problems with my account, and man, he was awesome. Jose really knows his stuff, he got things done quickly and made sure my issue was sorted out right. He didn't just fix the problem, he also took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Working with Jose was a great experience!

Pants
Horrible company. I purchased a pair of pants off the express website. These pants came form Dippin daisy even though I was made to believe I was buying form express. When I returned them I was told I would get my refund in 1-2 weeks. It’s 2 weeks and no refund. I have called and emailed and still no refund! Horrible expand will never ever shop here again. I am still waiting for a refund!
