Recent purchase
Who would have thought that buying kitchen supplies could be such an adventure? I ordered some cookware from *Anonymous* and let me tell you, it was quite a journey. At first, I was about to give up and try a different company. But then, out of nowhere, their customer service team came to the rescue. Dorothy, in particular, was amazing in listening to my concerns and making sure my order was good to go. Before I knew it, everything was sorted out and I could finally relax knowing my cookware was coming.<br><br>Now that I have the products in hand, I must say, it was worth it. The quality is fantastic and I have no regrets sticking with *Anonymous*. If you're in need of some serious kitchen gear, look no further. *Anonymous* is the way to go. Thanks to this crazy experience, I am now a loyal customer and will definitely be back for more.

In the last four years, I've bought stuff from this company 16 times. Everything I've gotten has been really good quality with designs that work well for me. The prices are fair for what you're getting. One thing I really liked was this carbon skillet that was pre-seasoned and just the right size and weight. They don't always have a lot in stock, which I think adds to their appeal. It shows they're not just pumping out a bunch of stuff.
Carbon steel pan purchase
Customer support has really gotten better - my experience was awesome. Don't worry about the old reviews, just try out their products. I bought a 12-inch carbon steel pan but it was too big for my cooktop. I reached out to customer support and they right away gave me the option of a refund or exchanging it for a smaller size.
Recent purchase
As a new customer, I gotta say my experience has been pretty average. Ordering was easy enough for me, no complaints there. Haven't had a chance to try out the cookware yet, so can't really say how good it is. Gonna have to save my thoughts on that until I actually use it for cooking.
3 pc. multi pot
I bought this 3 piece multi pot from this company and boy was I let down. They totally forgot to include the steamer basket! That thing is super important, so I was bummed. When I reached out to customer service to vent my frustrations, they told me the steamer basket was backordered. Like, why didn't they tell me that when I ordered it? Not cool, man. They really need to step up their communication game and think more about their customers.
Stainless steel cookware purchase
I bought some stainless steel cookware online recently, and when it arrived, all the pieces had scratches on them. I contacted customer service about it, but they couldn't promise that the replacements wouldn't have scratches either. I was pretty upset about it because I expected better quality for the price I paid. They only offered me a 10% discount, which felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. I think I'll stick with a brand that actually cares about making sure their products are in good shape when they arrive.
Non-stick pan
So we bought this non-stick pan and it was great at first, but then it lost its non-stickiness so fast! We were kinda surprised, like what the heck? We tried reaching out to Customer Support but they totally ignored us. I mean, really? I expected better service considering how expensive it was. Some of the other products we got from them are pretty good, but I definitely won't be getting any more non-stick stuff from them.
Carbon steel fry pan
I bought a carbon steel fry pan from this company not too long ago, and sadly, it got all rusty after just a few times using it. I was bummed out because I feel like they should've warned me about that possibility so I could've gone with a different pan. Also, it's a bummer that the warranty is up and the company isn't supporting their product. This whole ordeal has definitely made me think twice about buying from them again.
Non-stick cookware set
I suggest you avoid this company. The biggest pan in the set doesn't fit on standard UK hobs, so it's not practical for everyday cooking. The middle pan I got was already scratched when I opened it, and their customer service was not very helpful. They didn't take the issue seriously and only offered a small discount or a new pan, suggesting I was at fault. Their CEO seems impressive online, but the truth is underwhelming. I paid for express shipping but now I have to wait 12-20 days for a replacement. I won't be buying from them again.
Non-stick sauté pan purchase
So I bought this 3.5 Qt non-stick sauté pan not too long ago, and can you believe the coating is already peeling off after only about 6 months of use? I contacted the company for help, but they told me they wouldn't cover it under warranty because I dare to clean it in the dishwasher. I mean, seriously? I've cleaned other pans like AllClad in the dishwasher with no problems at all. Even the packaging said hand washing is better, but using the dishwasher is still totally fine. Instead of actually helping me out, all they did was try to sell me a new pan. Rude!
Cookware set purchase
I bought this cookware set from a company and gotta say, my experience hasn't been great. Website said 3-7 business days for shipping, but it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten my order. I tried reaching out to customer service through their chatbot, email, and phone, but haven't heard back. It's really disappointing to see such poor communication and responsibility from a company that's supposed to be reputable.
Big skillet
My folks got this huge skillet about a year back, but it went south pretty fast. It was great at first - we could whip up eggs and pancakes with no trouble. But then, after like 3 months, everything started to stick! Cleaning it was a pain, even when I used medium heat. I wouldn't bother getting another pan like this. It was too expensive for something that doesn't do the job right.
Complete set purchase
I just bought a whole set of cookware that came with a non-stick pan. The first time I tried using it to make some bacon, the pan ended up burnt and was a total pain to clean. I tried all the tricks I could find for cleaning it, but nothing worked. It was super frustrating and really disappointing, to be honest.

Red Dutch Oven
I saw this ad online that led me to buy a fancy Red Dutch Oven for over $200. But after using it a few times, the enamel started cracking and peeling, making it super hard to clean. I tried reaching out to customer service for help with the warranty, but after waiting for weeks, still no response. The quality of this thing doesn't match the steep price tag, and the lack of customer support is really frustrating.
