Aqua Resist and AquaXL products
I've been buying their products online for a couple years now, and let me tell you, it's been amazing! I'm obsessed with their Aqua Resist and AquaXL eyeliners and ink liners - the colors are bomb and they seriously last forever. Bonus points for no allergic reactions, a big win in my book. The only bummer is that I can't snag their foundation and concealer shades at a store near me. Oh well, I guess that's more on me and my location than on them.
Foundation purchase
This foundation is absolutely amazing! It's like a second skin, gives great coverage without feeling heavy or caked on. You should definitely check out the shade demonstration on the website or YouTube to get the right match for your skin tone. I've never been this satisfied with a foundation before, and I won't switch back to any other brand.
Multiple makeup items
I'm really upset with this company. I've tried twice to order makeup items and both times they just canceled my order out of the blue. First I tried to buy 6 items, then 10, and both times they canceled it. It's so annoying that they let you add stuff to your cart and then just take it away. They don't even bother to explain why. It's just so unprofessional and frustrating. I wouldn't suggest giving them your business, it's not worth it.
Eyeshadow palette
I got this really cute eyeshadow palette online, but it never showed up! I waited and waited, but nothing ever came. I tried emailing them to ask what's happening, but they never got back to me. It's just so frustrating!
over $100 worth of products
I recently spent over $100 at this makeup store. The delivery was speedy and on point, but I was bummed that they didn't throw in a little sample gift. Their prices are a bit steep, which is kind of a turn-off, especially with everything going on and stores shutting down left and right. When I finally got the chance to stop by the store, I had a tough time getting any useful advice from the salesperson. It's hard to make smart buys without being able to test things out or grab some samples, even though the stuff there is top-notch.

My experience with this company was really disappointing. I could tell right from the start that their customer service was lacking. They didn't even meet the basic expectations of helping me out when I needed it. And when I tried reaching out to them about my concerns, they just ignored me. It was like they didn't care about making sure their customers were happy.

I recently bought some makeup from this brand, and let me tell you, I was super bummed by how it turned out. The products were definitely not up to par, and they really let me down. So, I figured I'd try to return them. But man, their return policy is a total pain - they made me shell out for the return shipping. Still, I bit the bullet, sent the stuff back in October 2022, and now I'm just waiting to hear back from them.
