Lucy Top & Bolero
I can't say enough about this company, their service & the quality of their products. I bought the Lucy top in off white & black as well as a black bolero. The quality is superb. There was a glitch in shipping, but I received responses to my emails within 24 hours. They were extremely helpful & accommodating. Highly recommend.
Tops, pants, sweater, bolero
I knew from reviews that it could take a while to ship. Mine took a little over a month to ship, but it got here within a few days of shipping. Very worth the wait! Beautiful clothing, gorgeously packaged, and everything is just so soft! Will definitely be ordering more items from them!!
Esme Blouse
I ordered this a couple of months ago. Took about 2 weeks to receive it and once I saw it in person, I realized I had paid WAY too much for this garment ($55). It’s shear and not at all durable. I’ve only been able to wear it one times and there are permanent stains in the armpits. Ok, I can wear a blazer over it to work around that (which hides the sleeves but okay). The seams in the armpit almost immediately began to unravel. I tried to wear it again today, but I got a little water splashed on it and it left a stain when I dried. I’ve put some stain remover on it and I’m washing it again. If the stains are still there, then I give up and will accept the fact that I paid too much money for a top I wore once.
Dress & masks
Buyer beware! If you order from this company know that you may or may not ever receive your order, and no one will follow up with you from customer service. I’ve had to file a dispute over my payment bc I never received my order. Do not ever buy from here if you want what you pay for.
Face masks
I ordered facemasks on July 8, 2020. They sat at Windstor, CT from July 9-15, 2020. They left Windsor, CT, on July 15 and arrived in Southern California a week later on July 23. Then, they traveled to my home in Northern Nevada and arrived on July 27. This is unacceptable in terms of delivery.
The facemask has elastic on the ears on which the wearer can make a knot for adjustment. The knot does not hold, so the mask does not properly fit. Otherwise, the fabric is soft and comfortable.
Due to the length of delivery time and the fit, I would not purchase again.Dresses
While the design, quality and pricing of Marcella Moda's pieces are terrific, the customer service leaves too much to be desired. The company told me that I would be issued a partial refund that never came. I messaged them three times that it was never posted and they eventually just stopped responding. The same happened when I was sent a code that did not work. They said that they would get back to me and did not, even when I followed up. Signing emails with "xoxo" means nothing when there is no follow up, so as much as I love their clothing (and I really do!), I can't imagine continuing to shop with them.
