M.Gemi flats
I always update my shoe rack with new brands that I've not worn before. So, I decided to order a pair of M. Gemi leather flats, and what was delivered isn't the same as what was pictured on their website. First of all, the leather was of poor quality, and the sole were made of plastic. I expected M. Gemi to deliver flats made with rubber soles and quality leather. Also, their customer service isn't responsive at all. I haggled with them for 3 weeks before a refund could be processed and credited back to my account. I'm not ordering any shoes from them anytime soon.
Quality shoes, Unresponsive customer service
The company makes some seriously awesome shoes that I've been loving for years now. But I gotta say, I had a pretty crappy experience with their customer service lately. I've been trying to get info on this one pair of shoes I always buy from them, but no one ever got back to me in like six months. That lack of communication made me decide to take my business to a different brand that actually cares about their customers. Like, good customer service is just as important to me as the product itself, you know?
Men's loafers, second pair
I just got my hands on a new pair of men's loafers and I'm loving them! They are super comfy and look great for any occasion, whether it's casual or dressy. I enjoyed my first pair so much that I had to get another one as a backup – that's how awesome they are! The quality is top-notch and the fact that they're made in Italy just makes them even better. I do hope they bring back the Esperto style because I'd for sure snag a couple more pairs!
Fantastic quality shoes
I am obsessed with the shoes I got from this company! They are so cute and well-made, plus they came super fast. I keep coming back for more and have collected quite a few pairs now. When I had a problem with my payment, their customer service team was on it right away and fixed everything for me. I can't decide what I like more - their amazing shoes or their excellent customer service.
Stylish leather sneakers
These sneakers are amazing! They're not only super cute, but also really comfy with cushioned soles. I have wide feet, so I sized up and they fit perfectly! I'm totally obsessed with these shoes and will definitely be buying more from this brand.
