I kinda just went ahead and bought something from Moonpod without really thinking it through and then totally regretted it. I panicked a bit when I didn't hear back from them right away after reaching out to cancel my order. But they got back to me pretty quickly and sorted it all out. They canceled my order and gave me a refund without any trouble. I was actually really impressed with how they handled everything and super grateful for their understanding, especially because it was my own fault in the first place.

I just wanted to share some feedback on my recent experience. I ordered two Moonpods and ran into an issue when I needed to change the shipping address for one of them. I couldn't find a customer service phone number on the website, which was pretty frustrating. I really like your product, but not being able to talk to someone when I need help is a real bummer. Can you please make it easier to get in touch with customer service? It would make the whole experience a lot better. Thanks!
Pillows and seating products
I contacted customer service with a request and was super happy when they got back to me in just 5 minutes. I've purchased a bunch of stuff from this company, like their pillows and seats, and I gotta say, they're seriously the comfiest things I've ever bought. I used to wake up with a super achy neck, but that's not a problem anymore. Their products have really made a big difference in how well I sleep and how comfy I am when sitting down.

This bean bag chair is seriously the most comfortable piece of furniture I've ever had. The customer service from this company is amazing. They answered all my questions right away and even checked in with me twice to make sure I was happy with the product. Defective product issue
I had an issue with this thing I bought, but man, their customer service team was amazing! They fixed everything real quick and now it's all good. I've never experienced service this great from any company. Plus, the product itself is pretty cool too.
Most comfy thing ever!
I just got this really awesome bean bag chair for Christmas, and I haven't moved from it in two days because it's so comfy. Even caught my husband taking a nap on it! And our dog loves it too!
