Online order mishaps
I just ordered something online and when I tried to change it, they said it was already shipped - but it really wasn't. And to top it off, they gave the delivery service the wrong address, making it a hassle to get my package. I think I'll just stick with Sephora from now on.
Skincare product
I bought this skincare product from a company and loved how good it was. But then, after only using it twice, it turned out to be faulty. I was pretty bummed when I reached out to customer service for help. Trying to return it became a real pain since it was hard to get any help or solution. Dealing with all this trouble and not getting the support I needed just made me feel really let down. So, it's safe to say I won't be buying from them again.
Skincare Products
I recently bought some skincare stuff from your store and wanted to tell you about my experience. My payment kept getting declined, even though I've used the same method before with no problems. I tried everything - called my bank, tried different cards, but your system still wouldn't let me buy anything. When I asked your customer service why, they just gave me some vague answer about fraud protection. I sent all the docs they needed to prove it was really me, but they still blocked my account. It's annoying and disappointing, especially since I've never had this trouble with any other online shop before.

The first time i ever used the Murad skincare was in 2018. I had an accident which left a mark near my one side of the cheek. It was not serious but i didnt wanted that for my life. So we bought the cream from here and i used for three months. Gladly it turned light and even though its still there but the color is so faint that it can be almost invisible to other eyes.
So i really liked the item and highly recommend people to try it. Murad is really reliable and they have good moisturizers as well . i am using it for more than 9 months and its working good
