I recently bought some really cool watches from this company and I gotta say, I am super happy with how everything went down. Plus, I had to reach out to customer service a couple times and they were awesome. One time I messed up and got the wrong strap, another time I had trouble with a battery replacement. Watch and glasses purchase
I bought a watch and some glasses from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, their customer service is out of this world! The company's customer service is amazing! Their watch designs are awesome, and on top of that, their customer service is outstanding. I needed some extra links for my watch, and they sorted it out for me super fast and with a lot of kindness. When I realized I was missing something from my order, they handled it right away and got it sorted quickly. They really know how to do customer service right. Recent watch purchase
I just got this watch, but I'm having some trouble with the battery. I tried a few jewelers and even reached out to customer service, but no one could help me out.
Lost screw replacement
So, I lost this tiny little screw from my watch and needed a new one. I called customer support, and they were so quick to answer and sent me a whole new watch case for nothing! It was really cool! You just gotta have all your info ready, and they'll totally help you out. Big shoutout to Joyce for being super helpful and fixing my problem right away.
Timepiece purchase

Stylish watch replacement
I've been a customer of this brand for a long time, and I ran into a problem with one of my favorite watches that I've taken all over the world. I tried changing the battery, but the watch still wouldn't work. When I contacted customer service, I was disappointed to learn that my watch was just past the two-year warranty.
