Sequin ankle gown and diamond gown
The customer service at this store was incredible! They made sure I got my package on time before I left for a wedding, even during the busy holiday season. They kept me updated almost every day on the status of my order, which was so helpful. And the products I bought, the sequin ankle gown and diamond gown, were both beautifully packaged and the quality was amazing. The fabric was so flowy and beautiful, and the sizes fit me perfectly, even though I was unsure which size to choose. I'm only 5'2, so the ankle length worked better for me than the full gown size. Overall, I had an awesome shopping experience here and I can't wait to come back for more amazing dresses!
Pink dress purchase
I wasn't sure about buying something after seeing some bad reviews, but I took a chance on a pink dress. Surprisingly, the dress was even better than I expected in terms of quality and design. It was packaged well and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the pink color didn't look great on me, but I exchanged it for an ivory one that I absolutely love. The customer service was amazing, they responded quickly to my questions and the return process was easy. I got my refund quickly using the free UPS returns service. I'll have to make some adjustments to the dress for it to fit better, but overall I'm really happy with my experience with this company.
Last-minute international order
I took a risk and ordered a dress last minute for a special event. I randomly stumbled upon the perfect dress, imagining myself as the best dressed. Without really paying attention, I placed my order in a hurry. To my surprise, it was an international order and the event was near! I reached out to customer service, hoping they could help me out. I recently got this really fancy dress from an online store and let me tell you, I was blown away by how awesome everything was. Expensive dresses
I gotta admit, I was kinda worried when I saw all those bad reviews about the company. But you know what? My experience turned out way better than I expected. The dresses I got had a weird smell, maybe from the warehouse or something, but it wasn't a huge deal. Luckily, my order came real quick the next day, and sending back the stuff was easy peasy. I got my money back within a week of sending the items back. It's a shame that not everyone had a good time like I did with them.

The dress I got from this place came right on time and was wrapped up real nice in a fancy box with a cover that can handle water. The size suggestion on the site was so accurate - going for one size up was the right call because the fit is perfect. The embroidery on the dress is just gorgeous, making it one-of-a-kind for sure. This was my first time buying from here, but with the great quality of the product, I can tell you it won't be my last.

I had to find a dress for this wedding I'm going to, so I ordered a bunch of styles. Only one of them was just right, so I sent the rest back using DPD. I got my refund really fast, like less than 10 working days! I saw some negative reviews, but I didn't have any issues at all. The clothes are gorgeous and I would totally buy from them again. Actually, I already ordered something else!

I just bought a bunch of dresses from this company while I was on the hunt for the perfect wedding dress. But man, my whole vibe got messed up when I had to wait forever for a refund on two dresses that I sent back right away within the 14-day return window. The dresses were actually pretty decent, but the total lack of communication and the delay in getting my money back left me feeling some type of way about the company. I even started second-guessing the dress I wanted to keep, thanks to the whole crappy situation. I'd suggest checking out other options before pulling the trigger on buying from this company.
