Reserved pickup for hospital transfer
I had a really bad experience with this company. I had a reservation for a pickup at a certain time and place, but when I called to see if they could come earlier, they not only wanted to charge me more but also said they couldn't do it any sooner. I waited for over an hour, and they still couldn't get a car to me until the original time, but they still wanted to charge extra. When I told the dispatcher about my frustration, they just canceled my reservation and left me stuck at the hospital. Their service was absolutely awful, do not use them.

Prompt service, accommodating error in pick-up time
I was really impressed with the service I got from this company. I made a mistake with the pick-up time when booking my transfer, but they were able to fix it quickly without any problems. The Whatsapp messaging service was super quick and available all day, which made it easy to communicate. The taxi I was in was perfectly clean and the driver was nice and professional. All in all, I had a great experience and I will definitely use this service again next time.

Personal stylist experience
As a personal stylist, I expect a certain level of professionalism and service when working with retailers. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with LVR's customer service. I contacted them about an order for my client that was a big deal, but they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They even hung up on me while I was explaining things, which is just not cool in customer service. On top of that, they took forever to process my order because of some verification issue with the payment method. It was really frustrating, especially since other retailers have been so quick and efficient. I get that issues can come up, but the lack of communication and help from LVR was really disappointing. I really hope they take a look at their customer service and make improvements moving forward.

Expensive dresses
I gotta admit, I was kinda worried when I saw all those bad reviews about the company. But you know what? My experience turned out way better than I expected. The dresses I got had a weird smell, maybe from the warehouse or something, but it wasn't a huge deal. Luckily, my order came real quick the next day, and sending back the stuff was easy peasy. I got my money back within a week of sending the items back. It's a shame that not everyone had a good time like I did with them.

I'm loving all the different eyeglass designs this store has. They're cute, fun, and don't break the bank. I haven't tried the prescription option yet because mine is progressive, and I'm not sure how to write down the right numbers. But I'm excited to figure it out and give it a shot someday.

Meal variety and taste
I've been going to this place for about 6 weeks now, and I gotta say, the food options are really good. Not only are the dishes tasty, but they're also easy to whip up, which makes grabbing a meal there super convenient. Now, I do have to mention that there have been a few times when they messed up my order. It's definitely a bummer when my delivery isn't right, or doesn't even show up at all. But I gotta give props to the customer service team - they've been really nice about fixing the mistakes and even gave me a refund for the trouble.

The teachers on the online language learning site I used were pretty good overall. They knew their stuff and were helpful in leading me through the lessons. But there were a few times when the teacher didn't quite teach how I liked. Despite that, whenever I had questions or problems, the customer service team at the site was quick to help and fix things. In general, I thought learning on this platform was okay and I'd suggest it to others.
