I recently bought a pair of Louboutin pumps from your site and was bummed when one of them arrived messed up. The heel had a ugly scratch on it, even after I got it polished. I was let down because I always thought Net-a-porter was top-notch, but now I'm not so sure.

My experience with NAP was really disappointing. I bought something that ended up being faulty, and it took them forever to process the exchange. It was such a headache and wasted so much of my time. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone because their customer service was so unprofessional and inefficient.
