Sportswear purchase
I recently bought some new workout gear online. I was worried about when it would arrive, so I talked to their customer service on chat. The person I talked to wasn't as friendly as I expected, they seemed mad that I asked. But my order showed up at my house just two hours after I placed it. Even though I was happy it came so fast, it showed me that the customer service team and the delivery process aren't on the same page. The company should work on better communication and training for their employees to make sure customers have a better experience.

Diamond earrings refund
I got these really fancy diamond earrings as a gift, but when they showed up, I thought they looked kind of cheap. I sent them back and didn't get my money back for over 2 months! Can you believe it? I was so ticked off because I did everything right and still got the short end of the stick. Not cool at all!

As someone who recently bought some electronics accessories from this online store, I gotta say I was pretty let down by the quality of what I got. It's obvious that they didn't bother checking the stuff for defects before sending it out. Nowadays, it ain't cool for a company to take shortcuts and give customers crappy products. The fact that the company ain't owning up to their mistakes is troubling, and they really need to step up their game when it comes to quality control. Folks shouldn't have to stress about getting lousy products when they're shopping at a well-known online store.

Dog bed purchase
I tried reaching out to them back in December about those dog beds I really had my eye on, but no one ever got back to me! I left voicemails and sent emails, but it's like they just didn't care at all. It feels like all they care about are those furry little canines, and not us humans!

So, I picked out this really awesome jacket, but ran into a small hiccup since they were out of stock. No big deal though! I contacted them and they were super accommodating. They set me up with a similar jacket at a reduced price and even helped me exchange the incorrect back support I received. They took care of everything really quickly, and now my order is on its way.
