Waste of time and money
This service is awful! I wouldn't recommend signing up. I wasted more than 6 months on their priciest plan and didn't get any good leads. Only received 2 requests in that time, from different areas, which is way below what they said I would get. Plus, those 2 requests were for a potential project in 2 years - not exactly promising. Save your cash and put it towards something else, learn from my error.

I recently bought some new workout gear online. I was worried about when it would arrive, so I talked to their customer service on chat. The person I talked to wasn't as friendly as I expected, they seemed mad that I asked. But my order showed up at my house just two hours after I placed it. Even though I was happy it came so fast, it showed me that the customer service team and the delivery process aren't on the same page. The company should work on better communication and training for their employees to make sure customers have a better experience.

Diamond earrings refund
I got these really fancy diamond earrings as a gift, but when they showed up, I thought they looked kind of cheap. I sent them back and didn't get my money back for over 2 months! Can you believe it? I was so ticked off because I did everything right and still got the short end of the stick. Not cool at all!

Stain remover gel and bio laundry capsule
I've been using these products for a good amount of time and I really love them. The laundry capsules and kitchen spray are top picks in my house. But let me tell you, I was truly amazed by how well these products worked when my son came home with a bloody school uniform thanks to a head injury. I was ready to throw out the uniform, but after I used the smol stain remover gel and a bio laundry capsule on a cold wash, the uniform came out looking brand new! I was so surprised and happy with how well it worked, just after one wash. These products really saved the day with our school uniform!

Trousers purchase for Christmas
I bought a pair of pants near the end of November, hoping they would get here before Christmas. But, the return policy only covers stuff bought between December 4th and 24th. So now I'm stuck with these pants that don't fit and I can't even swap them for something else. It's really irritating to spend money on something that ends up being useless because of strict return rules. And it makes me wonder about the company's values – it seems like they'd rather sell ill-fitting items than make sure customers are happy.

As someone who recently bought some electronics accessories from this online store, I gotta say I was pretty let down by the quality of what I got. It's obvious that they didn't bother checking the stuff for defects before sending it out. Nowadays, it ain't cool for a company to take shortcuts and give customers crappy products. The fact that the company ain't owning up to their mistakes is troubling, and they really need to step up their game when it comes to quality control. Folks shouldn't have to stress about getting lousy products when they're shopping at a well-known online store.
