    Ninja 12-cup automatic drip coffee maker

    I bought the Ninja 12-cup automatic drip coffee maker, and let me tell you, it's been amazing. Not only does it look cool and modern, but it also has a bunch of cool features that make making coffee super easy. The warming plate and water boiler keep my coffee at the perfect temperature without burning it. I love that I can customize how strong I want my coffee and the small batch setting is great for when I only want a couple of cups. The shower head makes sure the coffee grounds are soaked properly, giving me a tasty cup every time. The glass carafe is strong and pours nicely, though I will say the lid is a little tricky to manage if you're left-handed like me. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a good coffee maker that won't break the bank.

    Making of this cooker is different but cooking process formula is same ,just fee minutes early or later.
    Look of this cooker is super ,Ninja foodi with capacity of 2.25 kgs cooking materials raw.
    Non stick made with stainless steel finish make it more comfortable ,1450 watt attached lid
    Easy to wash .Availabke on EMI but i paid full
    Price can not be said very costly but also not cheaper.This is quite fine for four members family.Nice set

    Smooth kitchen appliances purchase

    I've been a customer of this company for a good amount of time now and let me tell you, their customer service is amazing. Every time there's been a little problem with one of the kitchen appliances I bought, they've been super quick to fix it for me under the warranty. It's so nice to deal with a company that really backs up their products and makes everything easy for me. I'm not getting paid to say this, it's just my honest opinion from dealing with them firsthand. Shoutout to Ninja for keeping it real!

    Replacement rubber ring

    I tried to get a new rubber ring for my blender that I've had forever, but they wouldn't sell it to me. Instead, they wanted me to buy a whole new blender. That's some bad customer service and not good for the environment. I won't be buying from them again and I don't suggest their products to anyone.

    Ninja Coffee Maker Water Reservoir Replacement

    The water reservoir on my coffee maker broke and I had to get a new one. Unfortunately, I could only find it on the company's website. I placed the order, thinking I would only have to pay the $20 for shipping. But no, after I put in my credit card info, they hit me with a $175 extra charge for shipping to Puerto Rico. I tried to cancel the order multiple times, but they wouldn't budge. It was so frustrating to see such a huge increase in shipping costs for a small part. Shipping to Puerto Rico shouldn't be more expensive than shipping within the US. Overall, the whole thing was a letdown and I felt like the company tricked me with their shipping rules and bad customer service.

    Super shocked

    I bought this all-in-one kitchen appliance from a certain company, and I was super happy with how well it functioned at first. But, after only a few months, things took a turn for the worse. The appliance started doing this scary thing where the outer case would get electrified, putting anyone who touched it at risk of a serious shock. So, I contacted the company to let them know about the issue, and they basically blew me off by saying the product was out of warranty. They only offered me a lousy 50% off another potentially dangerous product. Completely ridiculous! They don't seem to care about customer safety or satisfaction at all. I'm definitely not accepting their offer. The nerve of them to think I'd keep buying their stuff after going through something like that is just absurd.

    They totally fibbed about that coupon discount, and when I hit up customer service, they tried to tell me it was already discounted. And to top it off, they keep flooding my inbox with emails about getting a discount when it's all a bunch of baloney. There's no chance I'm giving them any more business after all this deception!

    Online purchase refund delay

    I bought something online and asked for a refund, but it's been 6 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. Dealing with customer service has been a real hassle - I've had to reach out to them three times already. If I had to do it over again, I'd rather shell out extra money and go with Amazon or a more dependable platform. It's really frustrating to see refunds taking so long to process, especially since other folks are dealing with the same problem.

    Air fryer purchase

    I just bought an air fryer from this place and it was kind of a hassle. The product was supposed to be on sale, but when I went to check out, the price went back up. I reached out to customer service and they wouldn't give me the discount, saying they couldn't see it on their end. Even after I showed them a picture of the deal, they didn't change their minds. On top of that, they wouldn't even give me the free shipping that was supposed to come with orders over a certain amount. All in all, pretty disappointing.

    Recent purchase of accessories

    We're pretty bummed out about not being able to find accessories for our Ninja products anywhere else. Only Ninja's website seems to have them, but they tack on a $10 shipping fee. We're going to wait it out and see if we can snag them at a store nearby instead to save some cash. This whole situation has kind of turned us off from buying more Ninja stuff, like that air fryer we've had our eye on. It's been a headache trying to track down what we need for our products. We might have to start looking into other brands down the road.

    BN800UK food processor purchase

    I bought a food processor like a year ago, and dang it, the dang bowl broke like 4 months back. I've been trying to get a new bowl, but it's been outta stock since June 23rd. I've tried hittin' up customer service a bunch of times, but ain't got no solution yet. So now I'm stuck with a $170 food processor that I can't even use! It's so aggravating to see them still sellin' these food processors even though there's tons of folks complainin' on the website 'bout the same dang problems.

    Broken 11 in 1 Foodi

    My Ninja Foodi 11 in 1 conked out on me after just a little over a year, like two weeks past the warranty. The screen flashed an error message about the lid not being closed right. When I called up customer service for some help, they weren't very helpful and just told me to go buy a new one. I'm super bummed about how poorly this product held up and the lack of assistance from the company.

    Ninja Foodie Pressure Cooker

    I recently bought a Ninja Foodie Pressure Cooker and to my dismay, one of the feet was missing from the base. I reached out to customer service to see about getting a replacement foot, but they ended up sending me a whole new base in the wrong color. Now I'm stuck with a pressure cooker that doesn't match and looks off. When I tried to talk to a supervisor about it, they just hung up on me out of nowhere. Needless to say, I'm really let down and annoyed by the way the company handled this situation.
