I bought some jeans online not too long ago, and it's been more than a month now but still no sign of them. The tracking info they gave me is useless - hasn't been updated since it supposedly got shipped. I tried emailing them when I got one notice about the tracking delay, but now they're ghosting me. It's frustrating to have spent the money and not be able to get in touch with them about it.
pants purchase, poor return process, cheap quality
The customer service at this place is just awful. I've been trying to return these pants I got a few times now, but no one ever gets back to me. And to make matters worse, the email they gave for returns doesn't even work! Plus, the pants themselves are such poor quality - definitely not worth what I paid. I won't be coming back here, that's for sure.

Reached out to customer service via email (RED FLAG here - they do not have a phone number) but heard NOTHING back. Still nothing and it's been two months. TOTAL SCAM SITE!!!!!!
Two dresses and a jump suit.
I placed a order in July. At the end of September I received one dress. I have contacted them several times and they do not respond. I am still waiting for the jumpsuit and other dress or a refund for the two items.

Ordered in March 2021 with an order confirmation email informing another email when my items ship. After month no confirmation of my shipped items. After several more months waiting - nothing. I wrote multiple times to customer service, with no responses made. It is now September 2021 and I’m convinced I’ve been scammed. Buyer beware.
Pavacat shirt June 2021, DO NOT BUY FROM PAVACAT
I ordered a product on their website. Order shipped somewhat quickly, appeared to be shipping from the New Jersey area, but when I would track it it takes you to one of the shipping sites from China, and next showed tracking info. The product did not look 1/2 like it did in the photo, was 3 sizes too small and I order up a size. I have reached out to 2 different groups to get a return, and no one responds. It is not worth the hassle to order from here. I should have learned my lesson, these companies make the site look like they are US and they are not. Huge disappointment, wasted my money and can't get it back. Buyer beware.
