Hey there, I just wanted to share my recent experience with your company. I'm a big fan of American-made products, so I was excited when I bought one of your coolers. I was a little bummed when the color I wanted wasn't available, but I went ahead and placed my order anyway. Then, just 12 hours later, I saw that the color I originally wanted was back in stock! I was thrilled and called customer service right away to switch my order. Unfortunately, I was told that it wasn't possible to change my order at that point and I would have to stick with my original choice. I was really surprised by this response, especially since I chose your company specifically because of your American-made products and I expected top-notch customer service.

Foam insert plastic case
I just bought this foam insert plastic case and I gotta say, it's pretty amazing. The quality and durability are top-notch. Shield for 13-inch laptop case
I just bought a shield for my 13-inch laptop case from this company, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. The holsters on the case keep breaking at the clip, so every time I try to use it, it's just annoying. And when I tried to use the warranty to get a replacement, the staff accused me of lying and stealing. I ordered online and was told to print the receipt, but then they said the receipt from the company where I bought the case wasn't good enough. It was a clear sign of incompetence and dishonesty on their end.

I got this really cool backpack from here and it's awesome! It fits all my stuff and looks really sleek. I absolutely love it!
High quality cases
These cases are really great, super strong and long-lasting. But man, the customer service is a major let-down. We spent a lot of money getting these cases for our company, and even though they've taken a beating, we've had problems with the latches breaking. We've tried reaching out to the repair and warranty folks multiple times, online and over the phone, but we haven't heard a peep back. It's so annoying to shell out for top-of-the-line stuff that's supposed to come with awesome customer support, only to be left high and dry with busted gear and no one to help.
Toughest return policy encountered
I tried to return a case the other day, and wow, let me tell you, it was a real tough process. The online return thing was a mess - not user-friendly at all, and I didn't get my money back like I thought I would. I had to reach out to customer service a bunch of times, and honestly, they didn't seem to care much about my problem. It's been a huge hassle and super frustrating, and I'm still waiting on that refund. Honestly, I'd suggest going with other stores like B&H or Amazon for a way better customer service experience.
