Extreme comfort and performance shorts and pants
I've been buying from this brand for a while now, mostly getting the Extreme comfort and performance shorts and pants. I've always liked how comfy and good quality the clothes are. But, I gotta say, I'm kind of let down by the zippers and pull tabs on the pants. The zippers seem flimsy and the pull tab is so tiny now, it's hard to grab. It's a shame, 'cause everything else about the product is great. I hope this feedback gets to the higher-ups so they can fix these quality problems and make the customer experience even better.

Overnight stay in Princeton
I stayed at a hotel in Princeton, NJ recently and it was not great. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to care that I was there. The customer service wasn't great either, it left a lot to be desired. The room was okay at best, but the carpets were dirty and the walls were thin so I didn't have much privacy. On top of all that, the prices at the convenience store were outrageous. I definitely wish I had picked a different hotel.

Moisturizer and Serum
I've been using the moisturizer and serum from this skincare brand for a couple of weeks, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how they've been working for me. The products feel so fancy on my skin and have really helped to make it look and feel better overall. Flowers, good but hard to order
OMG, the flowers are seriously gorgeous and there are so many options that make you feel like royalty! But, let me tell you, ordering was a struggle, it took endless phone calls and emails to finally get it right. But in the end, it all worked out. They really need to have a tracking link for orders and a customer support number that's easy to find. Apart from that, everything was flawless.

Valentino bracelet purchase
I recently bought a bracelet from Lane Crawford and man, was I so disappointed with how they handled things. So I got an email telling me that since I was a first-time buyer, they could only ship the bracelet to the same address as my billing address and that they would hold it for 24 hours. I said okay right away to that. But then, the next day, I got another email saying my order was all set and I'd get my tracking info soon. Then, a few hours after that, I got yet another email saying they had to cancel my order because the bracelet was sold out. I was so confused because they had told me they were holding it for me. That's not cool at all. I'm gonna go with European shops from now on, ones that treat customers right, sell good stuff, and get it to me fast. Lane Crawford won't be seeing any more of my business.

New toothbrush upgrade
I've been using this toothbrush for a while now, but decided to upgrade to the latest version because of all the cool features and promises of better performance. However, after a few months of using the new toothbrush, I noticed that it wasn't doing a good job of keeping plaque away like it was supposed to. I followed all the instructions carefully, but I still ended up with plaque build-up, which never happened with the older models. When I contacted Customer Service for help, they took forever to get back to me and basically just said to return the toothbrush if I didn't like it. Needless to say, I was not happy with the lack of support and the new model's overall performance. Stick with the older, more reliable versions and save yourself the trouble and money.

I just have to say, the tracksuit I got from this site is amazing! The fabric is top quality, super comfy and stylish. Hey there, I just wanted to share my recent experience with your company. I'm a big fan of American-made products, so I was excited when I bought one of your coolers. I was a little bummed when the color I wanted wasn't available, but I went ahead and placed my order anyway. Then, just 12 hours later, I saw that the color I originally wanted was back in stock! I was thrilled and called customer service right away to switch my order. Unfortunately, I was told that it wasn't possible to change my order at that point and I would have to stick with my original choice. I was really surprised by this response, especially since I chose your company specifically because of your American-made products and I expected top-notch customer service.
