My recent online jacket purchase was a complete letdown. The customer service was honestly the worst I've dealt with. I made two orders for the same item, one without a coupon code. I tried cancelling the first order and contacted customer service through different ways, but they didn't respond to me. Both orders ended up being shipped, so I had to refuse the deliveries. The customer service team's lack of communication and unhelpful attitude made the whole thing super frustrating and difficult.
Jackets purchase
Two weeks back, I got myself 4 jackets, and they got here pretty quick. But man, they just didn't fit right, so I decided to send them back. The problem is, I reached out to customer service multiple times and never got that return label. They kept saying they'd fix it, but no dice. I waited on hold for a whole 70 minutes before they hit me with the news that I couldn't get a return label since I was shipping from The Netherlands. Talk about bad communication and awful customer service - totally left me feeling annoyed and let down.
Winter coat
I was really pumped to get a new winter coat online, but man, I was totally bummed out when they made me confirm my order and show my ID. It felt like it took forever for my coat to finally show up because of all that extra stuff. I wish they had better ways to stop fraud instead of just making me wait longer for my order. It was definitely not cool.
