    My first purchase

    Looking for one long woollen coat for winter .Find it here .Though it was slightly higher then my planned budget.
    It's Sian wool fresh coat ,navy dark color.It is full length coat for full body security in chilled season.
    Double breasted as extra support ,belted waistline for tie if or when required.Well placed big pocket .
    Fully lines and slim fit.Normally sellers also suggest if you are if good height ,long coats suited comparatively low height people.
    Finally delivered yesterday after six days booking.
    I always scare for high prices items as very often I can do this due to limited source of income after facing pandemic period .
    Thanks God ,this is quite good and hundred percent wool item,best for season.

    Petite clothing

    I bought some petite clothes from this store, thinking I'd finally get stuff that fits my smaller size. But man, was I let down. Their petite range ain't really all that petite. The pants were way too long and just didn't fit right. I'm at the taller end of the petite scale, so I feel for the even shorter ladies trying to find clothes that fit. But I gotta say, the clothes are top quality and super stylish despite this big issue.

    I got this black coat, but then I changed my mind and wanted the camel one instead. So I called up and switched my order. The folks on the phone were really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the camel coat got sent to the wrong spot, but they sorted it out super fast. The folks at the actual store, on the other hand, weren't so great - they should take a cue from the phone team on how to be nice.

    Purchased a dress

    I went to the store with my partner because he works there, and I wanted to buy something with his discount. While I was waiting on the sofa, the Store Manager saw me and didn't even say hello! She was talking about me to my partner and said I ruined conversion. That's so mean! This is the second time she's said something like that. How could she ban me from the store just because of conversion? I always buy something when I come here! The Store Manager should be a nice leader, not mean like that! I left the store feeling really upset and I'll never go back if she's there.

    White jacket for wedding

    I'm really upset about what happened at the store in Hampstead. The manager Loraine was seriously the meanest person I've ever encountered! She wouldn't let me return the white jacket I bought, even though there was nothing wrong with it. I was so upset, I ended up crying. Luckily, when I called customer service, they were really kind and allowed me to return it. I went back to the store on Regent Street and the staff there were super nice and had no issues with taking the jacket back. It makes me wish all stores were as good as that one. Loraine seriously needs to change her attitude!

    Jumpsuit, trousers, suit, blazer

    What is up with this company lately? I ordered a jumpsuit and trousers, but only the jumpsuit showed up and they said the other stuff got lost. Then, I snagged a suit and blazer in a sale, but when I opened the big ol' bag they handed me, there was only one of 'em in there. Customer service was nice and all, but it took 'em forever to fix their screw-ups. It's annoying to think they might be lying about what they're packing in the parcels. Finally got my money back, but now I don't feel too good about shopping with them again.

    Formal jumpsuit, wrong size, strong perfume smell

    I ordered a fancy jumpsuit online for an awards event, but when I got it, it smelled awful! It was like someone went crazy with the perfume. And on top of that, they sent me the wrong size! How does that even happen? It was way too short on me! So frustrating! I had to return it and scramble to find something else to wear. Ugh, what a letdown!

    XS Cable Knit Half Zip Jumper

    I recently bought a XS Cable Knit Half Zip Sweater from your website and it was a huge letdown. I ordered a Reiss sweater but ended up getting a Tommy Hilfiger one in a medium size. How does a supposedly fancy store mess up orders like that? What a big fail in customer service. Also, the quality of your clothes has really gone downhill. More and more items are coming from China, which means bad fabric quality. It's like a guessing game every time I buy something online - will it be good or a total flop? And don't even get me started on the hassle and money wasted when I have to return items that aren't up to par.

    Oversized blazer color transfer issue

    I recently bought this huge blazer from a store and had a problem with the color rubbing off. I really liked the blazer, but it messed up a top I was wearing underneath. The store was cool about it and gave me a gift card to replace the top, so that was nice. I took back the blazer and got a new one, thinking everything would be fine. But then, two weeks later, I noticed the new blazer was also staining my expensive mulberry bag that I was carrying when the top got ruined. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures of both ruined items, and after a month of looking into it, they said it wasn't their fault. They pretty much accused me of making it up, even with the proof I sent. I was really let down and pretty upset by their answer, especially since my bag was pricey.

    I bought some gold earrings online and man, it was a total scam. They sent me just one earring, and honestly, the quality was garbage. It was obvious they used fake materials. When I tried to reach out to customer service, all I got were automated responses and a fake phone number. Don't even bother dealing with this company, trust me.

    I bought this kids jumper online and man, I was so bummed about it. It was on sale for a good price, but after wearing it just once, it started getting all fuzzy.     I bought an Anzughose and Wintermantel from this store recently. While they look good, I was disappointed with the quality.     I recently bought something online from this store and paid extra for next-day delivery. But, I was bummed out when my order didn't show up on time. It took four whole days before the store finally reached out to me. They told me that they had to refund one of the items in my order. But they still didn't have any info on the other item. When I tried to chat with customer service, it was all automated responses and I couldn't talk to a real person to fix the problem. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the store has left me annoyed and unhappy with my shopping experience.

    Two wool polo tops

    I recently bought two wool polo tops online from the outlet, but I was disappointed when they arrived. Both tops looked clearly used and were in bad shape. One of them had shrunk a lot after being washed, and the other had no tags and smelled like body odor, like someone had worn it before. This isn't the first time I've gotten used items from this brand, which is really upsetting. I think they're just reselling returned items without checking them properly. I've been a loyal customer and spent a lot on this brand over the years, so I'm really shocked and disappointed by this whole situation.
