Impressed with Ruggable's Selection and Service
I have been a client of Ruggable for several months now and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with their service and product offerings. Their online store is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for me to find exactly what I am looking for.
One of the things I appreciate most about Ruggable is their wide selection of rugs. They have a variety of styles, sizes, and colors to choose from, so I was able to find the perfect rug for my home. The quality of the rugs is also top-notch and they have held up well even with heavy foot traffic.
In addition to their great product selection, Ruggable also offers excellent customer service. Any time I had a question or concern, their customer service team was quick to respond and always helpful. They even went above and beyond to help me track down a specific rug that was out of stock, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience as a client of Ruggable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new rug.Stain-resistant rug for messy family
These rugs have been a game-changer for my messy family. I have sons, dogs, and a husband who can't seem to keep his shoes clean, so we really needed something tough and easy to clean. I've bought a total of four rugs since 2021, and they have all held up surprisingly well. The patterns do an amazing job of hiding stains, even things like blue koolaid and cranberry juice that can be tough to get out. I love that they are machine washable, it's a huge plus for me since I'm a bit of a clean freak. The only downside is that the edges started to unravel after about six months, which was a bit of a letdown. But overall, they are definitely worth it for a busy household like mine.
5 bath mats purchase
I recently bought 5 bath mats from this company, and I have to say, I am really impressed for the most part. The quality and designs of the mats are amazing, with 3 of them surpassing my expectations in terms of durability and looks. However, I was let down by the white mat with blue and black diamonds. Even though I only used it occasionally in a guest bathroom, I had to wash it twice in just one month. The black color from underneath bled through and left ugly marks, taking away from the overall look of the mat. While I may purchase from this company again, I'll definitely avoid light-colored options in the future.
Rug purchase for home decor
I recently bought a bunch of rugs from this company to spruce up my home, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how great they are. I've got four rugs in total, two of them I've had for years, and they still look brand new after I washed them. The colors are still vibrant, and there's no damage at all. Even with my pets running around, the rugs have held up really well. When I decided to redo my living room, I ordered two more rugs and two smaller ones for the bedside. Being able to just throw them in the wash, especially with pets, is a huge plus for me.
Best rugs ever!
These rugs are amazing! I originally bought them after my dog ruined my old rug, and now I have a bunch because they're super easy to clean. I already have 10, and two more are on the way.
Return process experience
I bought a rug from this company and had to return it, but man, it was a pain. They gave me directions on how to send it back, but I didn't know there was a 30-day limit. It would've been nice if they had just told me that upfront, instead of just saying where to send it. It made the whole process way more confusing than it needed to be.
Eight Ruggable rugs
Man, let me tell you about these Ruggable rugs - they're seriously a game-changer! I got two of 'em last year and they've totally blown me away. Washing them is so easy, and the quality is top-notch. I've actually got a bunch now - eight to be exact - and they fit perfectly in every room of my home. Plus, when I had to exchange one, the process was simple and hassle-free. I really like how they're upfront about which rugs can go in which washing machines, too. All my friends that I've told about these rugs have been sold on 'em as well!
Four rugs love them
I just got four new rugs and they are amazing. At first, I was a bit skeptical like, "Hmm, will these really look good in my living room?" But let me tell you, they exceeded all expectations! They look fantastic and are super functional. Plus, they are a breeze to clean! My dog has accidents on them every now and then (ugh, dogs!) but no big deal, they clean up easily. When the rug cleaner suggested getting one of those Ruggable rugs, I knew they had to be top-notch!
Thick tufted 6x9 rug purchase
I have to tell you, the rug I got from here is really amazing! I went with the thick tufted 6x9 rug for my family room and man, does it look good on my wood floor. I also picked up a 5x7 tufted rug from this place for my office, and let me tell you, it's been holding up great. I even threw the smaller one in the wash and it came out looking fantastic. But I have to admit, I'm a bit hesitant about washing the big one. Just a heads up if you're thinking about it.
2 kitchen rugs
I picked up these 2 rugs for my kitchen and they are looking and feeling really good. They're a bit thinner than I expected, but they're still looking nice. I even gave them a wash and they came out great, so that's a win. The only issue is that the rug pad, which is supposed to keep them from sliding around on my hardwood floors, isn't working too well. However, all in all, I'm satisfied with my buy and would definitely purchase them again.
Rug pad shedding black particles
I bought a rug pad back in November 2022 and at first, I was pretty happy with it. But now, just a little over a year later, it's shedding these black bits all over my floor when I pull the carpet up to clean it. I thought I was getting a good quality product considering what I paid for it, so I'm bummed that it didn't hold up better. I've always taken good care of my rugs and never washed them in a way that could mess them up, so this shedding problem caught me off guard and it's really annoying.
Used rugs disappointment
I just bought two rugs from this store and man, was I let down. Both of 'em were clearly used - covered in lint and dust, and the boxes they came in were all poorly taped up. Looks like these rugs were returned and sold again without a proper check. I dropped a good chunk of change on these bad boys and it's a bummer to feel like I got ripped off. Gotta say though, the design on the rugs is pretty gorgeous.
Rugs to protect the new floors
We just had our floors redone and we needed some rugs to keep them nice. We decided to order Ruggable rugs and it was really simple. The shipping was fast too. We got two different runner lengths and a doormat that matched. When one of the runners arrived, I realized I needed a longer one. Their customer service was super helpful and made it easy to exchange. Overall, it was a great experience and I would totally recommend them!
Beautiful Christmas runners for hallway
I got two Christmas runners for my hallway. One came right on time, but the other showed up a few days later. Ended up ordering two more rugs after that, and they were shipped together and got here pretty quickly. Got a lot of compliments on them, they look really good and definitely worth the money.
8 Ruggables purchased
I recently packed away my carpet cleaner and now I rely on these rugs! I've tested out different sizes and they have held up against all kinds of messes, from red wine to accidents. They clean up really nicely and all stains and smells disappear. I'm really happy with my Ruggables!
Easily washable rugs
These rugs are awesome and super easy to wash! I just toss them in the dryer and they come out looking brand new every time. The only tricky part is rolling it back onto the pad, but with a little elbow grease, I can make it work. We've bought 3 rugs from this place and they've all been fantastic. We were in need of washable rugs and Ruggable really came through for us. My first rug is almost 5 years old and it still looks great!
Multiple rug purchases
I've bought a bunch of rugs from this company and I've been really impressed with how good they are. With a busy family, kids, and pets, our rugs take a beating, but these ones have held up great. One time I spilled 5 eggs on the kitchen rug, but I just tossed it in the washer and it looked good as new. This company definitely lives up to its promises and I'm thrilled with my purchases.
