I was kinda unsure at first about ordering because of the reviews, but I gotta say, my experience turned out really great. I decided to talk to customer service before buying anything, and I was actually impressed by how quick and helpful they were. The person I talked to knew their stuff and gave me all the info I needed to go ahead and place my order.
Pink sandals
OMG, these pink sandals are seriously adorable! I can't even handle how cute they are. They go perfectly with my new dress, and I feel like a total fashion queen when I wear them. The quality is top-notch, they fit like a dream, and they give me so much confidence. I'm so excited to rock these sandals all summer long!
Two pairs of shoes
I just got two pairs of shoes from this store and man, it was a bad experience. The quality of both pairs was seriously lacking - they looked and felt super cheap. So, I decided to return them, but the whole process was a huge pain and took forever. And to top it off, when I finally got my refund from Schutz, they shorted me $100. I was so irritated and felt totally misled. Overall, my time with this store was not good at all, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Oversized shoe purchase
I bought these shoes not too long ago, but they ended up being way too big. Sent them back right away to get my money back, but it's been more than three weeks and still no refund. I've been emailing customer service over and over again, but no response at all. Finally got a reply and all they did was send me another return label, even though I already used the first one to send the shoes back. This whole thing has been so annoying and just really disappointing.
Green shoes turned red
I got these awesome green sneakers online but when they came, they were actually red! I tried calling customer service but no one picked up. I even sent an email and they said they'd respond in 2 days but I never heard back. I used to think this company was great but now I'm super let down by their shoes and their lack of customer service. I definitely won't be buying from them again!
cute sandals
I finally got the sandals I ordered, and they're so cute! But man, it took forever for them to arrive. I was seriously bored out of my mind waiting for them. But once they finally showed up, they were totally worth it. I've been rocking them every single day!
Incorrect shoe size
I just bought some shoes from this company and, gosh, they sent me the wrong size! I've tried emailing their customer service a bunch of times but still no reply. Plus, they messed up the order date on my packing slip, so now I can't even track it properly. And on top of that, the straps on the shoes are too dang short for me to even wear them. I'm getting pretty annoyed with this company's lack of communication and help.
Overpriced sandals advertised as leather
I just bought a pair of sandals online that were supposed to be leather and cost $128. But when they came, I could tell right away they weren't leather at all. I tried leaving a bad review a few times, but it wouldn't go through, so I'm starting to think they block negative feedback. I've gotten about 10 pairs of shoes from them before, but after this, I'm done. Can't trust them anymore. Total deception!
Shoes were cool
Man, that website was a real pain to shop on! I had no clue what I was doing and requesting a refund or exchange felt like the biggest hassle. It took ages to hear back from customer service. I was hoping Schutz would become my go-to spot for shoe shopping, but boy was it a struggle.

My experience with this company was just awful. The customer service was so unprofessional and they never followed up, just sending out those generic messages. And don't even get me started on the quality of the shoes - total letdown. I've been going back and forth with them for nearly five months now and I'm still waiting on my full refund. It's been a nightmare.

I used to adore these adorable shoes, but lately they just aren't the same quality they used to be. Plus, it's a real hassle trying to return them if you're not satisfied. I wouldn't suggest shopping here. If you still really want them, I'd recommend looking elsewhere to purchase them.

The customer service at this store is just terrible. I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks about a problem with the store credit I got for a return. Plus, I need help with another return that's been stuck at their location for over two weeks. I've sent multiple emails but haven't heard back, and when I called, I just got passed around. It's so annoying to deal with a company that doesn't care about making customers happy.
Recent shoe purchase
I just bought some new shoes and I gotta say, the customer service was pretty bad. The phone number they gave for help was a joke - no one ever answered. And don't even get me started on the chat customer service, they were no help either. It's so annoying when you can't reach out to a company when you need some help with your order. They really need to step up their communication game.
