I recently picked up some maternity clothes and they are amazing! They look great, are super comfy, and fit just right. I found these adorable clothes that I'm just in love with! Rebecca was super nice and made the whole shopping trip amazing. I ended up getting the wrong size, but Rebecca made it so simple to exchange it for the correct one. I'm so excited to wear my new clothes and show them off to all my friends!
Missing item resolution
I recently had a missing item in my order, but the customer service team was amazing in fixing the problem. Elana was super quick in responding to my email and got everything sorted out in just a few hours. The replacement item showed up shortly after, and I was very grateful for that. I was really impressed with how efficient and helpful the customer service was.
Jacket purchase
The website was super easy to use and the size chart really came in clutch to make sure I got the right size jacket. Shipping took a little longer than I thought but that wasn't the company's fault. The jacket was exactly as advertised - comfy and cute. I had to contact customer service about the shipping issue and they were on it, super quick to help me out. Definitely gonna get a cardigan from them next!
Overpriced postnatal leggings
I was pretty bummed about those postnatal leggings I got from this store. They weren't the best quality and ended up getting all laddered after only a few times wearing them. But when I contacted their customer service about it, they were quick to respond and really helpful. Even though I was let down by the product, the awesome customer service I got makes me think about shopping there again.
Stylish maternity clothes
I got some maternity clothes that were really cute and good quality. But then, bummer alert, one of the dresses I got was suddenly out of stock after I bought it. Luckily, the customer service rep, Goldie, was all over fixing the problem quick and even threw in free shipping as a nice touch. Gotta say, I was super impressed with how they handled everything.
Nursing dress for my sister
I got this nursing dress for my sister and wow, it looks amazing on her! She's really digging it because it's so practical and comfy. I wasn't totally sure about the size, so I bought two just in case, but returning the one that didn't fit was a breeze. All in all, I'm super pleased with how it turned out!
Underwear and two jumpers
I came across this brand at a baby show and then saw them on Instagram. I decided to try out their underwear and was super impressed with how comfy and practical they were. Just bought two jumpers from them and I'm totally in love with the style and quality. Definitely suggest taking a look at their trendy maternity wear!
Maternity and nursing clothes
The maternity clothes were okay, but I think they could use better materials. I was hoping for higher quality based on the prices, so I was a little let down. The fit was fine, but when it came to the nursing clothes, that was a whole different situation. They were way too big and needed some alterations. The extra fabric that worked for the bump was great when I was pregnant, but now that I'm nursing, they just look too big and not flattering. I wish they had a separate collection just for nursing clothes.
