I Have grown to despise this company in so many ways their products are mostly damaged their customer service is rude and go against your wishes their shipping is slow and pathetic I can't say enough bad about them so I'll stop here

Purchased this on August 11, 2022 it is now Sept. 8, 2022. I have called and chatted several times about this order wanting to know where it is. Was told it was a preorder and I should give it 5 more days. Well it's been 20 working days. Today when I called I got a "it's stuck in the system and we cannot fulfill the order." But they had no problem taking my money. This is a scam and I would advise people not to buy anything from this company, it's a ripoff.

Don't do it! Leave now before you get addicted to some very sketchy products from China, Thai, etc. They will find any loop hole to get out of returns and then they don't include your cost etc. expected to being reimbursed via email. I could go on and on........
Ring
Tony needs to go! He is rude and interrupts female hosts constantly and is overbearing. It is obnoxious listening to "ladies and gentlemen", or "Mr. producer" hundreds of times during a presentation. Whenever I hear his voice I turn on JTV. He needs some HR training about how to work with female hosts.
You are so right, that piece of crap needs to go ! I do the same as you, as soon as I hear his voice, I switch to another jewelry channel…Tony is beyond sickening…he thinks he’s Gods gift to women…he’s not ! He’s gross !
I thought I was the only person who finds Tony to be arrogant and rude. He will not allow the other host to finish a sentence and his overbearing attitude is not conducive to being on television selling products. I too, get tired of his saying, "ladies and gentlemen, "Mr. Producer" and ' do you understand?" as if we, the customers are ....

I have been shopping at an online network called ShopLC.com, which also makes presentations on TV in the early morning hours. They have been advertising jewelry by Swarovski, who is the world leader in quality crystal jewelry, and they have told the public through emails and TV presentations that Swarovski is discontinuing their relationship with retailers, and after June 30th will only be selling through their own boutiques at a much higher price. I have been ordering pieces and some of the recent ones have arrived without the Swarovski tag. This is very important if buying it as a gift. When I asked for the tags to be sent, I was told that they were no longer available, but ShopLC does not make this disclosure in its TV presentations or its email. Despite my multiple detailed email letters to various levels of the company, there seems to be no effective customer service on this issue. This lack of important disclosure amounts to false advertising! But they seem to be only concerned in selling their inventory. BUYER BEWARE!Two sets of sheets.
Sheets suppose to have arrived november 11 2020 by ups. Told by customer service no service to file a police report. I shopped for various items and have purchased quite a lot from your company. I want sheets sent to me or a refund on my credit card. I am not a criminal and it is not my fault sheets never arrived. I have ordered lots of jewelry at one time and received all pieces at one time. I paid shipping and handling for each piece. I never complained about your company ripping me off on all the money you saved by over charging me on shipping and handling fees. I will stop shopping at shop lc and cancel my account out like I stopped watching fake fox news. I will encourage my family members not to shop at your channel and cancel their accounts. I will also encourage retired military, former military and active duty military members not to shop at shop lc. I will talk negative about your channel on Facebook and on Twitter. I want what is right either the merchandise or a refund. Repeat I am a honest American and expect your channel to be honest and deliver the merchandise promised.
Get yourself a lawyer fast ! They are doing this to everybody ! Shop LC is not an honest company…owned by Indians…that should be enough said ! They will continue screwing us until their locked up in Prison…so go forward and sue them…you have every right to go after them ! Let us know how you made out !

I have never had more problems with a company than shoplc. They never let you talk to a supervisor, you have to be carefully about your refunds they have a way to refund less than what you pay. I’ve but bracelets that fall apart tanzanite has gone up so high in price and convince you that they have the best prices WRONG!!! I have seen beautiful tanzanite cheaper than theirs. I’m so disappointed with these company that I decides to stop been a customer. They do lie with quality, sizes and much more, eventually they are going to reap what they some sow. I have a lot more to say but I’ll save it for later. And I better get all my refunds and in full.

Burmese Ruby Ring
The quality of the jewelry was very nice. Beward that ShopLC will not allow for any exchanges. If for some reason the ring doesn't fit and you need a new size your only options are to return the ring or keep the ring. You can purchase a new ring in the new size but they will not honor any discounts or lower prices that you may have previously paid. They mark each size as a different item number and thus do not allow you to exchange items. This policy will make me think hard about any future purchases with this company.
They are Liars ! they are Crooks ! They are Thieves ! But most importantly, they are Indians….Need I say more ?

So far I have liked all the things I have received except the tiger-eye bracelet was to big and if I sent it back it would cost about the same amount that I paid for it. the rest of the things came in less than a week and so far I have been happy with the things I have received...

worst customer service I have ever experienced...stories change call by call..supervisors need lessons in customer service...shipping needs to check themselves prior to billing, this company bills you for items NEVER SHIPPED......accounts receivable needs to issue credits in FULL....INSTEAD OF IN PIECES...WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL..sending broken items to customers...this company is dysfunctional at the least..
by time anyone with any authority calls you back ...YOUR TOTALLY CONFUSED...IN APRIL credits issued were matched up to my returns and items not shipped, YES I WAS BILLED FOR ITEMS NOT SHIPPED...WITH TWO EXCEPTIONS, other credits were to be issued..GET THIS, THE TOTAL AMOUNT, ABOUT FIVE DOLLARS...yes 5.00 dollars...per the SHOPLC customer service rep..NEVER RECEIVED CREDIT...again I called and called...END OF MAY, finally received a call back by JASMINE..how this person is a supervisor is beyond me, MAY 29TH I THINK IT WAS at 9:00PM,she woke me up . what a passive aggressive imbecile she was..kept apologizing like an idiot about the previous two ( 2 )hour conversation with some other idiot from this corporation ,,,credits were to be issued in APRIL..never did...this organization needs some serious help...lost me as a customer...they are thieves.. will be putting a formal complaint to THE STATES CONSUMER AFFAIRS..Multiple auctions
I am writing this reply based on cumulative experience with what is continually happening on their auction site. It has been reported,, CONTINUALLY, but apparently not addressed, despite their lame responses. There are ridiculous overbids (winners can buy on line with a coupon for far less!) It is continually addressed by customers regarding the SAME bidders... same items..... Makes you think that SHOPLC is employing people to make bids. Your company makes statements regarding addressing overbids, but it continues! Are they getting a cut? Do they have an undisclosed agreement for a better price? Why would someone ridiculously overbid? You can theorize they resell ..... but I assume if they are a valid business, they would not do a "bone headed" choice buy at chigger price! I understand shipments may be delayed with the virus. But, your time lines are ridiculous! Weeks!!! Sorry, I can say, from experience, JTV "Eats Your Lunch". It is concerning that when you call, you get customer service through an employee in Mexico. I must say, this has happened the majority of the time. Bottom line, I am a relatively new customer; but learned a great deal in a short time. SHOPLC changes ERV's and sale prices in the same day.... "flash sales"??? Sorry, ERV's should not change on the same day. I have purchased expensive items ..... they crow about the value ........ but it proves to be far lower! LOL, still wondering if the auctions are returned items, as I have received some "dogs". If that is your system... fine .... then let everyone know that they are bidding on a rejected, substandard item. Shipping???? Really????? Ridiculous!!!!! Long and late delivery! Sorry, I know it may be difficult for you to compare yourself to JTV ..... but your shipping costs are laughable.... and you can take two weeks??? Order on line for JTV over $49.99 purchase, and delivery costs are for free! You only offer bulk rate $29.99. And then, WAIT FOR SNAIL MAIL and when you call, speak to a representative in Mexico! Wow ...... Truly sad to piece this together ...............
