Dresses and t shirts
I was sceptical at first when ordering but I was pleased with the quality and the size fitting. Sizes are true to the guide they give and the t shirts have funny slogans.
T shirts
I ordered t shirts and unfortunately they did not fit well. I was just going to let it go until I received an email asking about my experience. I told them how much I loved the shirts but unfortunately they did not fit. I received an email back from customer service who were more than happy to rectify the problem. Very easy transaction and I will happily order from them again. Will order a size up as I felt they ran a little small. Lesson learned but again wonderful customer service.
6 Soulmia dresses
Brilliant! 6 dresses for £59. Daughter is 14 top, 12 bottom so ordered XL as usually have to alter top, perfect fit, great service, took a while to come but worth it! She looks beautiful in them, Thanks Soulmia.
Men's Ethnic Geometry Graphic Button Up Hawaiian Rolled Sleeve Shirt
The shirt I bought feels great, very soft, comfortable, and fresh to wear on hot days. The quality looks pretty neat, has very strong fabric, and the details on the print are just perfect.33 Sizing is about right, I'm 5'6" tall and medium size fits me well. I definitely recommend buying from Soulmia, shipping was actually fast giving the fact that was International shipping to Colombia, South America.
My items were send on time but men shirt and women dress, didnt fit.... When you buy from these company, if you are small, buy it LARGE... and son on.
Summer dresses
The dresses were adorable and I was very happy. 2 of them were a little snug. I got an exchange super fast and no fuss. I'll shop here again for sure.
2 tshirts
I love the quality of the shirts I received. The shirts themselves are heavyweight. The prints are smooth, clear, in the right places and nicely done. I ordered a 2x and I'm usually an xl and they fit well.

I was genuinly surprised by the material and style. and fitted perfectly! The delivery was a bit slow (10 days) but it's was for free so can't complain about that. Highly recommended

They all fit superb, delivery time was 2 weeks what i knew, so it was delivered in time. I ordered for the second time and i will continue to order. Very happy about my products.
Men's casual shirt
I ordered a large. The shirt came labeled large but obviously small. I could barely button it and get my arms in. I can find no way to return it or get a refund. Caveat emptor i guess.

The customer service person 'Nicole'; who took 12 hours to respond to mails did not understand basic requests in english.
This company is based in a Chinese military Region.
If the product is defective their treatment (return policies) are: 1) If you keep the item, we can refund 30% of the product value , totally 17 USD back to your original payment account.
2) You can return the item to us for a product cost refund or exchange.
You will have to bear the shipping fees both ways.

My order says delivered on July 1st. I was home the entire day and nothing was delivered. Soulmia told me to check with my local carrier with a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me does not exist with FedEx, UPS or USPS. I've requested the carrier information 3 times and they ignore the question in my emails. I'm one more response of them telling me it's delivered and not actually helping me and I'm calling and disputing the charge...terrible service. I've gone back and forth with them multiple times...its been 2 weeks since it was "delivered" by some unknown carrier.5 bathing suits
This company is by far the worst experience i've ever had shopping. I made my order to them on June 25 and paid for expedited shipping so my order should have been there by July 6 at the latest. It wasn't until July 8 that they contacted me to say something was out of stock and that's what was holding up my order. The professional thing to do would have been to just send the order out or at least let me know what was going on. On the 8 of July I was told that my order would finally be shipped out, it wasn't until July 13 that I was contacted for them to tell me they cancelled my order. This order was for a trip and now I have no bathing suits to wear. This is beyond ridiculous .
Tops and shorts
The order arrived early which was good although a couple of items were too small. I got in touch with Customer Services and they offered me various options for returns etc. They were really helpful and professional. I would have no worries about placing another order with this company.

I (jakov.buric22) ordered several item from Soulmia on June 15th, and received them in 2 weeks only. I love the items and although I chose wrong size, the customer support was very helpful in fixing the issue and I will be getting a replacement. I would recommend this website and items to anyone who likes such clothes, just be mindful of the size when choosing.

I would highly recommend buying from this website! The clothes I received from Soulmia were of good quality considering the low price point. Customer service was very responsive when I emailed to exchange an item. Instead of doing an exchange, they sent me the size that I wanted for free! Thanks, Soulmia!
Men's Retro Floral Print Button Up
Ah what an awesome purchase. I am typically weary of ads on facebook and instagram after being scammed a few times.....but these guys are legit! I love my new shirt. Very light and breathe-able and expanded my style and wardrobe. 10/10 would buy again! I love my shirt!

I really really love the dress that I got from Soulmia ???? I bought the Floral Print Sexy Midi Bodycon Dress ???? It is so so beautiful, the slit on the dress makes it even more beautiful. It is sexy but not too sexy and it fits me perfectly ! The dress looks exactly as shown in the picture. Perfect dress for a date ????❤️
