    Jumpsuit order

    I got this jumpsuit from this store, and man, it took forever to get to me! And guess what? When it finally showed up, it was the wrong one! So frustrating! I had to wait even more just to get a return label so I could ship it back. And now, they're telling me they don't even have the correct jumpsuit in stock anymore! Such a disaster!

    Used boots for $400

    I can't believe this company's nerve! I ordered a new pair of boots for my birthday and what shows up? A gross, used pair that cost me $400! On top of that, the shoe box looked beat up, there was no dust bag, and the protection inside the boots wasn't even legit. It's a total rip off, and I want my money back pronto.

    My recent online shopping experience was pretty frustrating. I had some trouble using a voucher and a discount code when I was checking out, which was confusing and annoying. At first, the voucher wouldn't work properly and needed to be reissued a few times before it finally worked. Then when I tried to use a gift card that was working, I found out I couldn't use it along with the discount code. So, I was stuck with having to pay full price and was promised a refund for the discount amount later. But then I was told I could only get the discount on one item, even though the code had worked on all items when I was trying to check out. I ended up asking for a refund on everything, but was told I had to wait until the items were back in stock before they could cancel the order.

    Bag on sale

    I recently bought a bag from this company when it was on sale. Super excited about it, I opened the package eagerly, but to my surprise, there were scratches and scuffs on the leather. Bummer, right? I called up customer service to ask if I could swap it for a new one without any marks. Unfortunately, they said no way because it was on sale and that means no returns. Even after sending them pics of the damage and explaining that I wasn't asking for money back, just a swap, they still wouldn't budge. I tried reaching out a few more times, but it was no use. Bottom line, I’m really disappointed with how this all went down and I'd advise others to think twice before buying from them.

    I just bought some shoes and the customer service wasn't great. Also, I noticed that some of their shoe styles look a lot like other brands. I think you should check out some other places for your shoe shopping.

    If I could give a zero I would. FedEx Driver stole my package ( yes, I have cameras). Contacted STAUD immediately. 2 weeks later and I’m getting the run around or no answer. Granted it’s not their fault of the delivery issue but what they are responsible for is the way they handle it. FedEx is their selected carrier. They should handle this directly with them. Not have the customer pay for their poor choice of carrier.

    Terrible customer service. I ordered several hundred dollars of Staud clothing. Very few of my orders showed up. Despite receiving NO products that I paid for, Staud is refusing to give me a refund. Instead insisting on store credit when no sale was made. Now having to call and let my bank handle this to get my money back. Beautiful clothing but the company is run by rude thieves!
