I ordered two different color selections on 9/3 and have not yet received them nor have I received a shipping notice. I wish I would have known about this company before ordering from them. I hope the masks eventually arrive!

1 star for weight loss - 5 stars for energy & clarity
I give it 1 star for weight loss and 5 stars for energy & clarity, hence the 3 star review. The product did not help one bit with weight loss, food cravings or as a suppressent. On the other hand, I give it 5 stars because it's been a miracle supplement for perimneopause, PMDD & ADD. I was not expecting this but it was a welcoming surprise! Now part of this may be also be due to moving towards a WFPB diet but I can tell when I don't take PhenQ. This truly has been a godsend.
Even though it is not helping me with weight loss I continue to buy because I no longer have the brain fog, lack of motivation or severe fatigue. In fact, I don't even need to take my ADD meds while on this. Because it's all natural ingredients I don't mind continuing to take it for the perimenopause, PMDD & ADD symptoms.
Because I am using this for a different purpose than weight loss now, I have dropped the dosage to only 1X in the morning. When using it for weight loss I was taking 1 in the am and 1 at lunch. I had severe headaches the first 3 weeks I started on PhenQ but by the 4th week I was good. The first 3 weeks I was also not able to sleep because it gave me so much energy even though I did not take it after 3pm. I was running on 3-4 hours of sleep the first few weeks but it finally calmed down after the 3rd week. And as I said, because I am no longer taking it for weight loss, I only take 1 in the morning now. I also want to add that it was easy to order, my shipment arrived on time and when I did reach out to customer service, they were quick to respond. I hope this is helpful because I found it extremly hard to find any honest reviews that were not paid for by the comany.Review about: Outbyte

Absolutely amazing help whenever you need. I had three issues today when trying to configure Bootcamp on Mac OS. They helped me with my Windows 10 version successfully. I was walked through each step or they took over with an easy to use Remote service. A+++ Thank you again everyone

Hand bag and flat shoes
If I could give a zero I would. FedEx Driver stole my package ( yes, I have cameras). Contacted STAUD immediately. 2 weeks later and I’m getting the run around or no answer. Granted it’s not their fault of the delivery issue but what they are responsible for is the way they handle it. FedEx is their selected carrier. They should handle this directly with them. Not have the customer pay for their poor choice of carrier.

Swim suit
Ordered almost a month ago and was sent an email saying order has been shipped and a tracking #. After a week I tried to track the package an nothing appeared. When I send emails it is the same automated response and to date i have not received my purchase and still cannot track it. I will never order from this site again

Unable to track this package or get a response from company. They took my money out my account very quickly.
This is also happening to me. They sent me a tracking number but i am not able to track it. I am so not ordering from this site or the others that often advertise on facebook. This happened with Meirdress. They took my money and never received my items. I reported them. I will also report this company to the attorney general as fraudulent if i do not receive my order in one week!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered several hundred dollars of Staud clothing. Very few of my orders showed up. Despite receiving NO products that I paid for, Staud is refusing to give me a refund. Instead insisting on store credit when no sale was made. Now having to call and let my bank handle this to get my money back. Beautiful clothing but the company is run by rude thieves!
