    This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. I couldn't even find a phone number to call them, and getting a response to my emails took forever, if I even got one. They advertised a 50% off sale on all items for Thanksgiving weekend, but it turned out to only be certain items. It really felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us customers. The lack of communication within their customer service team is beyond frustrating, with each person telling me something different. I'm still waiting on my refund and had to go through my credit card company to get it sorted out. And on top of all that, the quality of their clothes is terrible - they shrink like crazy after one wash. Honestly, I can't think of a single positive thing to say about my experience with this company.

    Pink sweat set

    I just bought this pink sweat outfit from this brand, and man, I was so let down by the quality. It was not cheap - cost me over $200 - but the materials felt super low-end and uncomfortable. And get this, the dye rubs off on everything! I wore the sweatpants for like 5 minutes and my office chair got totally stained. It's ruined now. I really thought I was getting better quality for what I paid, but now I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Sweatshirt purchase for Christmas gift

    I bought a sweatshirt as a Christmas present for my daughter's ex, but they split before she could hand it over. When she went to return the unopened sweatshirt, the customer service team said it smelled like cologne and wasn't new, giving her a lame excuse. Pretty shady move on their part. I'd advise anyone considering buying from them to watch out for their return policies and customer service.

    I bought these $90 sweatpants from this company and man, their return policy is a real letdown. So I'm trying to take them back because I found a few random hairs on them, right? But they straight up said no way to the return. They didn't even give me a good reason for saying no, and the return policy they mentioned doesn't even say anything about hair as a reason for not taking things back. Dealing with a company that talks big about their prices but can't handle simple customer service or returns is just frustrating.

    The hoodie I bought was so awful, it felt like trash and looked terrible on me. And then when I tried to return it, they said I could only swap it for something else. That made me so mad, especially after dropping 80 bucks on it. I'm not gonna stop until I get my money back.

    Clinched crop top, premium sweatpants, boxer shorts

    I ordered two (bone and black) Clinched tops. One was defective and gray color, I never received the second one.
    Sweats were nice
    Shorts were average

    My main issue with the company is that I bought these thing on cyber Monday and used a code. Instead of exchanging the items they gave me a refund and expected me to go back and reorder the same items at full price. Which makes no sense. The other annoying thing is that I had half of the cart dumped. I didn’t realize that half of the items didn’t end up getting checked out until I received my package. I would totally repurchase them if they gave me the code. I would have even paid my own expedited shipping. But they gave me 20% off. Seriously? I can find a code online for 20% off.

    The phone number doesn’t work. Called for days and no call back. It take days for them to respond to messages. So it takes weeks to resolve an issue. It’s ridiculous.

    An easy and FAIR outcome was definitely possible but they definitely lost my business.

    Women’s premium boxing shorts

    You just lost a customer. My daughter purchased these shorts for $50 They did not fit her right so she left them in the bag and never wore them. She returned them about two weeks later and just received an email that they would not
    Take them back because they were worn and had a scent/other. And they were shipping them back to her. She NEVER wore them. Tried them on twice but NEVER wore them. So now she is out $50 plus the shipping to send them back and she will have a pair of shorts she CSNNOT wear. This is the worst customer service I have ever delt with. What happened to the “customer is always right” and in this case she is because I am letting you know that those shorts were NEVER worn. I am very disappointed in this company’s customer service. It is nonexistent !!!!
