    They haven’t arrived yet and it’s been far too long. When contacted, I’m told to keep waiting. Shipping says they haven’t been picked up for delivery. When I asked, I was told by email that the shoes were being shipped from within the US so no COVID delay. They just offer no remedy. So I’ll call the credit card and dispute as a scam.

    BEWARE, the return policy is very expensive and takes months. I was so disappointed in the quality for the money, these shoes run small, and are not made with quality materials. It cost so much to return them and then it took months to receive an exchange that was not what I ordered, here we go again....

    Nothing like the photo of either shoes. Sandals are hard as a rock. Tennis shoes are cheap looking and hard as a rock.

    Ordered these items late March. E-mail sent tracking number. Click on it and note says it on its way to usps facility. I have not received anything.

    It has been a month and I don't have any shoes. I was told on the 26th of March my shoes would be available in 3to7 days. Nothing

    I have not received my shoes since December 3 2019. I was told that package was left in the lobby of my building after speaking to your shipping company.
    Unfortunately I don't live in the lobby as my apartment number was given to you.
    Please refund my money

    I received them (Amazon prime delivery) in 2 days. Tried them on today and they are the best ! I have wide feet so most sneakers and walking shoes feel tight. It's like having slippers on with slight heels and support. I think they'll be great in the summer as they are light weight.

    I ordered these on November 10th, 2020. A shipping label was created on December 3, 2020. After multiple emails the boots finally shipped on December 21, 2020. As of today December 29,2020 I still haven't received them.

    The company sent the shoes damaged. When I contacted them about th condition in which the shoes arrived they advised I could either exchange them, which I do not want to do or get an refund. The issue with the refund is they are going to deduct $5 for each pair for an processing fee and I have to pay for the return shipping. They sent the shoes with no tissue paper on the inside of them and in cheap clear bags.

    One pair walking shoes and one pair of sneakers.

    The end of May 2020, I received my order and one pair of shoes was the correct size and the other pair was not. I contacted Tiosebon via email and they insisted that I ordered two different sizes. I explained to a rep that I took a screenshot of my order before I actually placed the order and it showed that both shoes were ordered in size 7. She sent me a copy of the shipping document that showed two different sizes. She couldn’t show me a copy of the actual order. I have decided to give the wrong size to Goodwill. I will never deal with this company again. Terrible customer service!

    Slip-on Walking shoes

    I ordered a pair of slip-on shoes on April 23 (ORDER #8814889) via credit card which they immediately charged the purchase. To date I have not received the shoes. Two updates sent which are completely similar saying package is in Englewood Calif. Puh-leeze! Am sending complaint to BBB. This is fraud! Have contacted company, get no help.

I personally have bought over the past year probably 12 pairs for myself and friends. In the past there have been issues with receiving it on time but they always refunded me the shipping.
    My latest order though is my LAST just because they LIE My order placed 3 weeks ago they already refunded my shipping. But the lie is outrageous 12 days ago I was told that the order is delayed because no Fedex flights ... Oh! and its coming from California too ATL. Georgia. Via Memphis of course. As of 2 days I got an update they confirmed my order was picked 12 days ago by Fedex and its still at the airport waiting to be put on an airplane. But because of the Pandemic no flights are operating Really., I ran this by a Friend of mine who is a Captain for Fedex. NO flights were ever delayed because of the the Pandemic other than the ones running China Turns.....After purchasing 12+ pairs from them 50% were delayed a week or more . But to out right LIE thats not a way to keep your loyal customers... Who ever "Wendy" is at Tiosebon she needs to "FIRED"

    I was told they ship from Chicago....hmmm
