    Comforter set

    I recently bought a comforter set from this company and overall, I was pretty happy with the product itself. The only issue I had was with the delivery - FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address, which was a bummer. When I called FedEx about it, they didn't really give me a lot of help and seemed kind of unresponsive. But when I reached out to the company I bought from, they were great. They were super quick to respond and said they would complain to FedEx if my package couldn't be found. They also promised to replace the product if necessary, which was awesome customer service. They stuck with me until everything got sorted out, and in the end, I was satisfied with how it all turned out. Despite the delivery mix-up at first, I was happy with the way the company handled everything.

    I bought an electric blanket from this company recently, but it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten it. I reached out to customer service, and they said it's at FedEx but FedEx says they don't have it yet. It's been a frustrating back-and-forth between the two companies. The lack of communication and accountability is driving me crazy, and I'm really unhappy with how this whole thing has gone down.

    I've gotta say that Touch of Class has some really nice home decor stuff, but man, their ordering and delivery process needs some serious work. I placed an order for a few things not long ago, gave them plenty of time to ship it out, and turns out it didn't even leave the warehouse for a whole week. Spent a good 17 minutes on hold dealing with that mess until they finally told me they'd "write up a ticket" - no real idea of when my stuff would actually ship. Pretty disappointing to find out the delay wasn't because of FedEx, but because the warehouse dropped the ball on creating a shipping label and getting my order out on time.

    Defective product, poor customer service

    This company just can't seem to do anything right. The product I ordered was defective and when I tried to contact customer service, they just hung up on me. And when I asked to cancel my order, they didn't even bother to hear my problems. It's obvious that they don't really care about their customers or the quality of their products.

    Oversized recliner cover

    Oh my gosh, I got this chair cover and it was like a bunch of rags sewn together, not what I was looking for at all. They even recommended putting rubber pieces on my leather chair, like really? And the return policy is super strict. Ugh, do not even bother, stay away!

    Bathroom mirror-medicine cabinet

    I recently bought this bathroom mirror-medicine cabinet from a store, and when it got delivered, it was completely broken and looked like monkeys had put it together. I was prepared to repair it myself for a cheaper price, but they refused. Instead, they wanted me to return it and find a replacement by myself. I mean, really? I don't have time for that nonsense. This product is just poor quality, and I'm actually relieved they didn't offer me a discount because I don't even want it now.

    I had the worst experience with this company. I've been trying to buy blackout curtains for months and it's been a total nightmare. Their customer service is terrible - I've called multiple times during business hours and all I get is a message saying to call back later. It's a joke!

    I just bought a bunch of home decor stuff from this company thinking I'd get it quick, but man, let me tell you, I was super let down by their shipping process. Even though it said the stuff was "In Stock and Ready To Ship", it took them forever just to process my order. I shelled out a ton for shipping, but it didn't seem to make a difference because my stuff took way longer than I expected to show up. Their whole shipping setup was a total mess and definitely needs some serious improvement.

    Linen sheet set purchase

    Unfortunately, my experience with the company was really disappointing. The linen sheet set I bought was not great quality and didn't match the description on the website. When I tried to leave a negative review, it wasn't posted, which makes me question how honest they are. And to top it off, their customer service was basically non-existent - my calls got cut off and my emails were ignored. All in all, dealing with this company was a big headache and not worth it.

    I recently bought a rug from this company, and I gotta say, it's been a real letdown. The rug showed up all wrinkled, and when I reached out to customer service, they told me to take it outside and let it bake in the sun to smooth it out. That was definitely not the answer I was looking for after spending so much money on it. To make matters worse, I've been having a tough time getting a refund for the messed-up rug. Despite calling them three times, I still haven't gotten anywhere. Their lack of follow-through and how unprofessional they've been about the whole thing has really got me feeling frustrated and let down.

    Can I tell you, I want to give this place 0 stars, seriously. I decided to give them a chance instead of going with the big names, and man, what a mistake. The thing I bought turned out to be a dud, and when I asked for help, they didn't back up their product. I even offered to just take store credit instead of a refund, but they wouldn't bend. They had this 45-day return deal, but we were so caught up trying to fix the thing that we missed the deadline. Now we're stuck with this worthless piece of junk. Well, lesson learned - next time, I'm sticking with Amazon, where I know I can trust what I'm getting and how they treat their customers.

    Soap dispensers and tissue holder

    I just bought some soap dispensers and a tissue holder from this company, and it was honestly a pretty bad experience. The soap dispensers came in fine, but the tissue holder was totally wrong. When I tried to talk to customer service, they told me to send pictures and product codes to their vendor, which just seemed like a big hassle. It's going to take forever to get this all sorted out, and the people on the phone were not very nice about it. I shop online a lot, and I've never had such a bad experience with a company before.
