    Hot Commodity and Make it Rain

    I placed my order on June 8. I still do not have it. It was shipped with an estimated delivery date of June 15. Then the delivery date was replaced with “No scheduled delivery date available at this time” and it has not moved since the 14th. On the 17th, I sent an email asking about this and I got a reply that it can take over 10 days for an order to arrive in California and that it sits between delivery depots. I replied asking if that means the products are sitting in a hot truck along the way. I never received a reply, so on the 18th, I sent an email requesting the order be cancelled. No response. I have tried their social media and at first got a response to send an email. I replied that I have done that twice, but now they are not responding through that method either. Today I sent another email requesting my money back and let them know I do not get a response I will charge this back through the credit card company.
    TPH by Taraji by way of Maesa eCommerce (the company that sells the products) has serious customer service and logistical issues and I feel scammed out of my money. I strongly caution against ordering from them.

    I was really excited to try this brand and the ordering process was simple enough, you take the hair quiz and then they make a suggestion on items to use. My quiz suggested the entire scalp treatment line plus two additional products. I opted to just try the scalp treatment line first (four products). My order was shipped the day after I ordered it and I received it about eleven days after that....it was late, but I wasn’t too upset about it. Once I received my order I noticed it was incomplete, I immediately contacted customer service (as there had been no notification that there was something wrong with my order) and was informed that all items weren’t available upon processing (literally the day after I ordered) and the rest of my order would be shipped once available. I responded back to customer service with my displeasure at how this was handled, since they took and kept my full payment and made no effort to contact me to inform me that my order would be shipped incomplete. Since than I have not heard from customer service, nor have I received the rest of my order.
