    Useful products ,due to my own problems I started using these items long back.I was told that time ,after some time I can stop it.But unfortunately still a part of me.
    TRX is symbol of quality, know all around the world lovers I have taken full body workout pack for multiple uses and exercises.How fitness can kept in control even spending only half hours daily.If divided by cost , it's of no cost.But if anyone not familiar with TRX product usages ,not easy to make them understand.I also have guidelines,proper routine workouts, supported by visuals through DVD from TRX ..So there is no reason ,if interested and going for it.After all this is matter if health and fitness .I trust this brand unlike millions.

    TRX Move system

    Oh my gosh, my TRX Move system got here crazy fast - like, within 24 hours! It was all packed up in this adorable little mesh bag and the instructions were in a bunch of languages, but thankfully the most important one was English. The TRX itself is really sleek and the packaging was super nice. And get this - it only weighs 0.6kg, which is way lighter than I expected. Perfect for when I'm on the go. It's about the size of a wash bag so it's gonna be a breeze to pack. All in all, I'm just so excited about it!

    I was so excited to get my new hoodie and leggings, but man, the shipping took forever! It took a whole 16 days just for them to ship it out. I tried emailing them multiple times, but the folks over in the UK didn't even bother to respond. I had to reach out to them on Instagram to finally get a response, and all they did was blame Brexit for the delay. Seriously, they've been getting bad reviews way before Brexit was even a thing, so they can't blame everything on that!

I even tried reaching out on their social media, but it seems like they're totally ignoring me. It's just not cool and honestly, it's really starting to tick me off.

    I understand that things are pretty hectic right now, and customer service responses may be sluggish. But seriously, it's been a whole month and I still haven't gotten any updates on my return!     TRX home suspension training system

    I just bought a TRX home suspension training system online. Waited 2 weeks and got nothing, so I reached out to customer service and talked to some really unprofessional and unhelpful reps. They said they didn't know anything about my order and then just stopped responding to my emails. So annoying dealing with a company that doesn't care about their customers. Even Argos, where I bought the thing from, had a hard time reaching them. Don't bother with this company, better to steer clear.

    Unresolved Shipment Issue

    I recently bought something from TRX, but dang it, UPS sent it back to the company. I've been trying to fix this mess for the past 15 days, sending emails and hitting up every contact I could find. It's a real bummer to see a big-name company dropping the ball on customer service like this. In this day and age, good customer service should be a key focus for companies like TRX.

    Don't even bother buying from this company in Australia, seriously. I ordered a wall hinge back in March and ever since April, I've been trying to get in touch with them. I got a receipt for my purchase but never actually got the product. And every time I try logging into my account on their website, it just keeps sending me back to the login screen. On top of that, when I tried emailing their customer service, it bounced back as undeliverable. Save yourself the headache and frustration I went through and just go to a more reliable store like Bunnings instead.

    TRX course membership renewal

    I just had the most terrible customer service experience while trying to renew my TRX course membership. I've been really enjoying my TRX system and was looking forward to keeping my membership going, but then I made a small mistake during the renewal and the customer service rep I talked to just totally ruined everything for me. They were not only clueless but also super rude and not helpful at all. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and disrespectful they were. It's really disappointing that one bad apple like that could ruin what had otherwise been a great experience with TRX.

    I just bought something and the customer service was seriously lacking. I placed my order and then heard nothing for weeks. Emailed them a bunch of times and got no reply. Finally got a tracking number, but turns out my items didn't ship for another week. Now I'm still waiting for my order with no updates.

    I used to love using the TRX system at the gym, so I decided to buy my own. But man, what a letdown it was! Ordering it was a mess - took forever to arrive, and then it got sent to the wrong address. I tried emailing and using the live chat on the website, but got no reply. And the fact that there's no phone number to call for help just made it even worse. This company seriously needs to get their act together when it comes to customer service.
