    I really love how soft their clothes feel and I always get compliments when I wear them. The customer service has always been fantastic - they helped me out when a package went missing and even refunded me for a mystery box that couldn't be re-sent. I enjoy the mystery boxes, sometimes I receive items I wouldn't have chosen but end up really liking. I like that they are not a fast fashion company and that their clothes are durable. The only downside for me is that I struggle to find jeans that fit well because of my body shape.

    I ordered two mystery boxes not too long ago and was told it could take up to 4 weeks for them to arrive. But man, after waiting all that time, I had to keep bugging them for an update because they never kept me in the loop. Their replies sounded so robotic and didn't even explain why my order was late. Finally, I got this "sorry box" with stuff like laundry soap, a mesh bag, and a mask. It felt like they were just trying to make up for it without really owning up to the delay. I used to be a regular customer, but this whole situation has really soured me on their service.

    My experience buying stuff here was pretty disappointing. I was really looking forward to getting those 2 mystery boxes and seeing what was inside - could've been something cool! But man, that excitement quickly turned into annoyance when my order took forever to show up. Customer service kept telling me it would be here soon, but it actually took over a month. That kind of back and forth and not knowing what was going on really left me feeling let down with the whole thing.

    Oversized dress

    I ordered a dress on final sale and it ended up being way too big for me - like twice my size big! I was pretty bummed to find out they won't take returns on final sale items, so now I'm stuck having to donate it. The sizing was totally off and there was no leeway for fit with final sale stuff. It's been a frustrating experience all around.

    Ordered jeans

    I got a pair of jeans from this company and man, I was so let down by the whole thing. When I finally got the jeans, they were not even close to the right size - like way off. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, and they just told me to click on a link to swap them out. But here's the kicker, my size was always out of stock, even though they kept saying it would be restocked soon. I checked that website like a million times a day for weeks, and every time, it was the same - out of stock. Customer service was totally MIA and they never even mentioned refunding me for the messed-up jeans. Now I'm stuck with these jeans that don't fit me at all and I can't even give them away. This company's total lack of customer service and shady practices have left a really bad taste in my mouth.

    Charcoal pants and a shirt

    I was super bummed about my recent experience with this company. I ordered some charcoal pants but got sent some dark green ones labeled as "Forest River" instead. When I reached out to customer service and showed them a pic as proof, they said I got the right color, which was frustrating. Plus, I snagged a shirt during their end of year sale but later found out it was final sale with no heads up when I bought it. Their lack of transparency and accountability is not cool with me.

    Disappointing cuts, wrinkly fabrics

    I've ordered from them a bunch of times, thinking maybe things would magically get better, but nope, not happening. Their clothes are sized for bigger folks, so on me, it's like I'm drowning in a sea of baggy fabric. And don't even get me started on the materials - they crinkle up like crazy and I end up looking like a hot mess in no time. But hey, I stuck around because I really believed in what they were all about.

    I'm really bummed about my recent shopping experience. I thought I was being super careful by checking the website, my cart, and all my order confirmations, but somehow I missed the fact that some items were final sale. It wasn't until I got my shipping label that I saw the "FINAL SALE" label, and now I'm stuck with stuff I wanted to return but can't because of the no-return policy.

    Clothing order from company, based in the UK

    I've gotta say, my experience ordering from that UK company hasn't been great. It's been three weeks since I placed my order, and it still hasn't even been shipped out. The customer service is terrible - they said they'd send me an email with shipping info, but it never came. It's a real shame that there's been this delay, especially since the clothes they make are usually top-notch.

    Size-inclusive clothes

    I ordered some things, but they never arrived! The company claimed they delivered them, but I never saw anything. My neighborhood is pretty quiet, and my dog barks at any little noise, so there's no way I missed it. Not cool at all, man. Good thing I had that insurance, so hopefully I'll get my money back. Something seems fishy about this whole situation.

    Frustrating experience

    I've been trying to buy stuff for what feels like ages, but it's been a total mess every time. The things I like are never in my size, and when I do find something, the discounts never work. Their customer service is a joke - slow replies and worthless chatbots. The clothes aren't my style at all, with way too much rayon, which I can't stand. It's crazy how they stay in business treating their customers like this.
