Before ordering I searched and tried to find where they were located. Hard to find much but found one that said new York. When my item shipped its China, won't be the 2-3 day shipping and $25 shipping should have been a red flag I had ordered this exact dress from zulilly and it was too small. Had to find it elsewhere (here) and ordered 2 sizes up. Yep China sizing.
